I received a message to say my key would be in the night safe if i got there late. I thought it best to phone anyway once i realised I'd get there late. I was on hold, but had to hang up. The lovely lady in the office still phoned me back. Once i arrived and collected my envelope with the key, i tried to follow the map, but i got lost. I phoned the number provided and John told me he would assist me. He went over and beyond, directed us to our cabin, turned the lights on, offered to help with luggage and offered to assist with my 85yr old dad. I had been so overwhelmed with the long drive from QLD and wanting my dad to be comfortable. I could have cried from relief!! John turned an anxious situation into something positive. He obviously has a good heart and not just good customer service skills. As a result, we will definitely return. Thank you.

Nothing. It was perfect.

Cabin very comfortable and well equipped. Having an ensuite as well as a general bathroom was fantastic. Also the bar-b-q on the very large deck was a winner

The trees which cover the car space of cabin 35, drops dreadful berries that stick to the duco of the car, hundreds of them! we had to park the car in a vacant campsite as it took a lot of work to get them of our new car after our first night. A carport for these cabins would remedy the problem.

It was a lovely cabin with everything you could need provided. We especially liked the King size bed. The facilities in the park were also well kept. We really enjoyed the pools, All in all a great place to stay.

It’s hard to fault anything in the cabin. The only thing that I would like see improved would be a roller blind behind the blackout curtain in the main bedroom as the light comes under the curtain onto our faces in the morning.

We stayed in a Safari tent for 5 nights. The amenities were comfortable but could have done with some updating. Great staff, who efficiently answered all of my questions 😀 great location. We had access to park our boat as well.

The tent and surrounds were a bit tired and could benefit from a bit of updating. The addition of a bbq would be a welcome addition to be self sustainable.

The location is good, easy to find and right on the beach. The cabin is not very big but with a good floor plan that put the two bedrooms away from each other, on either side of the cabin.

I received no notes from the park before arriving and I was there after five and the staff was no longer there. They were good to leave after hours phone number on the office window. And to my relief someone promptly responded and came to our rescue. Thank you very much.

Love the park’s facilities. The kids had a ball.

I wish the kids room in the Deluxe 2 bedroom had a ceiling fan or at the very least a pedestal fan with an extension cord because the power outlet is in a poor location. I hope in the future they can work on the roads around the park to upgrade them. Also WI-FI dropped in and out.

attention to detail in the cabin was exceptionally well thought out! eg more than enough towel hangers, places to put your toiletries, large rooms, ample coat hangers, enough seating for all the guests, linen was great quality etc the list could go on for days! soooooo many cool family activities that go far beyond what a park would normally offer. The lovely staff are the icing on the cake!! not only working hard to maintain top notch accommodation and facilities but after interactions with staff I can say that I felt valued as a customer 🥹 I’m truly grateful for the most wonderful family experience. Thank you 💗 we can’t wait to get back!

Absolutely no wi fi You'd expect in 2025 that would be an absolute minimum.... this needs to be fixed as my own phone provider had a poor signal on my phone I couldn't even hotspot to devices. I am not one to give negative reviews But the Wi-Fi thing was definitely a big disappointment

The cabin was spotlessly clean. The beds were made well, clean and tidy. The park was exceptionally clean. It was a quietish weekend, but the park was calm and comfortable. The pool was sparkling with plenty of seating to supervise from a safe distance.

There was nothing to dislike

Great location to swim in lagoon. Enjoyed the pool and facilities. Wonderful friendly staff

Cabin 31 could use a upgrade. No blind or curtains in kitchen looked into other cabins so no privacy. Daddy long leg spiders all through cabin in every corner. Cabin was great size but needs update.
