Our stay at Santa Fe was exactly what we needed and we can't wait to stay again on our next trip to Lennox Head. We even ended up extending a day bc we weren't ready to leave. Dave at reception is so lovely and helpful and always felt approachable. The beds were incredibly comfortable. It was the first time in years I can remember sleeping that many nights in a row without waking up multiple times. It's very evident the staff take cleanliness very seriously as well, which you don't find very often in older accommodation in my experience. Santa Fe is in the perfect location just a few minutes walk to town centre and the beach, and Dave can provide good recommendations for the local restaurants.

Clean, close to beach comfortable beds. Plenty of hot water for shower, unlike last motel in Lismore. I need to go to Lismore for more appointments and will be starting at the Santa Fe Motel again.👍🏻

I am disabled so more ramps to be able to get to room from car parking. Small steps need to go. Parking should be numbered for each room. Grab rails need to be bigger I found them difficult to use in toilet. Shower grab tails where great 👍🏻 sliding doors to bathroom good. Needs more hand towels in bathroom.

A 5 minite walk to the main street of Lennox, which was fabulous. Great pool, good size fridge.

We were travelling from Newcastle up to the Sunshine Coast, so had food with us. Not that it was an issue but just good to know for other travellers that the fridge had no seperate freezer, just a little space within the fridge, which was only big enough to store some of our freezer blocks. If you have a lot of luggage, I would suggest requesting a downstairs room.

The location, the styling of the furnishings. It looked so fresh and inviting and very clean. All appliances that are required for a comfortable stay. Walking distance to all utilities, club, pub and restaurant/eateries. Management is very welcoming and helpful and friendly towards guests. I would highly recommend these holiday units and are outstanding for valve.

Nothing except a few minor things. Tv remote batteries were flat, fridge freezer needed defrosting, chipped tile near door frame/sink cupboard of bathroom.

The location to the village of Lennox Heads is fantastic. We parked the are at the Motel and walked everywhere. The motel has a pool however it is close to the beach. The room was spacious with cutlery and crockery and microwave good size fridge. There are tables to sit outside your room or in the garden. Dave the owner could not have been more helpful and it was nice he took time for a chat. Thank you such an enjoyable stay

The manager was very welcoming and lovely. Automatically made us feel comfortable. The location was perfect.

It’s not so much that we ‘didn’t like it’ as we understand it is expensive to run a motel. However some would say it’s due for renovations due to aging decor but it was still tidy, practical and and good value

The twin room is plenty for a child and one adult. It was really clean and the double bed was super comfortable! Nice to have a TV, a working fan and the kitchenette was so handy to have a brekky every day. It wasn't a sound-proof room so I could still hear noise from other inhabitants (including traffic) but it was part and parcel of being situated close to a thoroughfare from Lennox to locations further north. Overall, would stay there again.

Location is perfect, in a beautiful little village. The room was a little like stepping back into 1970, but if you read the reviews you know that before hand. It was spotless and functional, so no complaints.

Clean, very well maintained. Had all the kitchen and living gear to holiday comfortably and economically for a month or just a week or two. Well located in relation to beach, cafes, coffee and other shops including pub and bottle shop.

Dave, who runs the Motel was extremely helpful and a very nice person who allowed us to book in early as we had a party to go to . Great location for our party .
