Great welcome from Aron in reception. Cheerful, courteous and extremely helpful. Immaculately kept grounds. Obviously a lot of owner pride in the property. Room had everything we needed for an overnight stay. Quite handy to Ballina Fair & RSL Club or a stroll by the river. Quiet at night once the traffic died down. Good off street parking. and we were lucky enough to have undercover parking.

free range eggs, comfy beds, easy check in, great people, nice towels, hot water, kitchenette bench space, local photography in room, family option, clean, car park close to room, easy access on and off main road or alternatively the side street is a shortcut to a big shopping centre / takeaways. 12 minutes to excellent surf: SHARPES BEACH / FLAT ROCK in East Ballina.

The motel lights outside the rooms are white (not orange/ yellow). The curtains are thankfully blockout thick, but it's maybe something that could gradually improve

The fact that you can have your fur babies with you and that it was a great location close to shops, beaches! The caring cleaning staff in the morning offering fresh towels, more tea or coffee and if you wanted the room cleaned!

The bright light out there front stayed on till quite late! It did shine into my room quite a bit even with the curtains shut!

It's all about comfort while sleeping for me, and this place ticked all the boxes. Comfy beds, great aircon, a ceiling fan, great block-out blinds. I was pleasantly surprised by the large renovated bathroom as well. No issues checking in at 7pm.

Nothing I didn't like, I would definitely stay again, thanks.

Everything, the room was very very nice, staff was very very nice and ever so helpful and they welcome pets with open arms which made my stay so much easier

The only thing I didn't like was the light outside my room shon through the shutters. I feel it wouldn't have been so bad if I got a room with curtains. But that could just be me too, I like a dark room to sleep in where it may not bother others

Friendly reception staff, genuine interest in our time spent at Ballina. Felt very welcome. We were there for a teo day Volleyball tournament and the beds were really good to sleep on. Clean, firm but soft and comfortable. Lov3d the room, air con worked really well.

The staff were courteous and friendly, made the check-in very easy. The room was clean and a nice size with a comfortable bed, and parking was right outside our door.

The room we had opened directly to a side street and our car was easily accessible by anyone walking past, and one of the cabinets was at head height and easy to knock your head. (both not a major issue and won't stop me from staying again).

Great to be able to order breakfast at your door the next morning and the location was excellent..we walked along and got a pizza. Friendly staff,comfy bed.

Bathroom a bit small,but we managed

We stayed 1 night with our fur baby and the room was awesome. All facilities were excellent quality. Something so simple was to be given a bottle of milk so that we could make a cuppa. Even though the location was close to the freeway the room was so lovely and quiet, so we had an amazing nights sleep.

Room was nicely decorated and clean. Great friendly service. Well equipped kitchenette, free unlimited wifi. Lot's of accessible power points for charging phones etc. A tall tap over the sink made filling the kettle & washing dishes easy. Great water pressure in the shower.

The only downside at the time was the roadworks directly in front of the motel. It made access by car a little bit difficult, but once the road is finished there wouldn't be an issue.
