We spent a week at the resort over New years. We had a great time at the resort, in the pool everyday, great and convenient access to the beach for fishing, and took the bikes around the grounds. The pool and water park are fairly new as we understand and we're great. They got pretty busy throughout the day but we noticed first thing in the morning and later afternoon were quieter times.

The only thing I could fault them on was their lack of first aid. I understand there is no lifeguard on however there is no support from staff in the way of first aid should there be an accident on the sides or in the water. I asked staff for simple first aid after an accident on the side and simply was told "oh we don't have that", no concern, want asked what happened, nothing. I think this area could be improved upon, they should have basic first aid items and be trained to support accidents until paramedics arrive when required.

Contact workers starting & running there truck for 15 or more minutes at 5.30 am no regards for guest.

The staff were great, they worked hard and were all-rounders. You would see them delivering linen, checking people in, running the kids club activities and serving in the cafe. They did a bit of everything and were very friendly. Our cabin was great. Perfect for a small family and our dogs. Very clean. You can hear the waves at night. So nice. Good activities for kids, pools, park and dog park and a 10 min walk to the beach. Food was delicious at the Cafe.

Price of coffee was a bit high. Cash only washing machines, but couldn't get change from the cafe. Ferry to town $7 each way if you forgot something and needed shops. Dog beach was a bit of a drive, but both beaches were lovely. Nice drive anyway.

An amazing spot with great facilities, close to nature and the beach. Glamping tents surpassed expectations.

The attitude of the staff—we felt like we were doing them a favour everytime we interacted with them. The cocktail menu was advertised, plus the restaurant—we got told, sorry, only chips are available until Friday as the chef is away and can only make cocktails if a certain member of staff is around. But no where is this advertised until you ask. The ceiling fan didn't work - was promised a replacement and nothing happened so we just didn't bother to engage with staff after that and solved our own issues. A real pity as they have an amazing resort but staff can either make or break it.

This is the nicest holiday park I've ever stayed at. It is surrounded by bush and close to a beautiful deserted beach. It was quiet and peaceful. Our glamping tent (the 'luxury swag') was clearly built to a high standard. It had a nice little deck out the front with good solid chairs. There was a basin with running water and plenty of electric points, neither of which tou could take for granted in a tent. There was a toaster and electric jug as well as plates and bowls. The only thing missing was a sharp knife.

Nothing

This place is absolutely amazing! Surrounded by nature and just steps from the beach, it offers a serene escape that's beautifully maintained and spotless. I stayed in the luxury swag, which was cozy and incredibly comfortable — perfect for relaxation and quality time with loved ones. The only downside is that getting there without a car can be challenging, but it's absolutely worth the effort. I also had an issue with my reservation, but the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making the experience even better.

Location is scenic and quiet, the accommodation (we stayed in the safari tent) it was immaculate had heating and cooling on the inside and able to lock the doors at the front (not a padlock) so felt like you could look at the local area and things would be secure! There was a hell of a storm that rolled through and we stayed cosy and warm on the inside of the tent and got a restful sleep! Location had plenty of activities when the weather wasnt so bad and would have loved to check out the beach that was super close but weather was not on our side! We stopped with our two red heelers and the accommodation was great for them also slept on their beds peacefully and out of the wet weather! Thanks again to the owners!

The weather? This place was super friendly convenient with the ferry close by and a peaceful location away from the highways and travelling cars!

It was such a lovely set up with all different kinds of accommodation to suit everyone's needs and budgets, and close to the beach. New facilities and a great swim/water area for the kids. It was so nice we decided to stay longer! The food from the cafe was also delicious!

The cafe is only open a few days towards the end of the week during the busier part of the week - understandably. But the car ferry across to Ballina doesn't take long to get supplies if needed.

We loved this place! It is hard finding places that take a family of 5 so this place was absolutely perfect. Glamping here was unreal. It was a big place but quiet and staff were friendly. We would 100% go back to this place. The tent rooms are awesome! The pool was perfect for the kids. It's only a few minutes walk to a secluded huge beach which was lovely! Each tent came with your own bbq so you could make your dinner or brekky without having to travel to find somewhere or you could order at their cafe which was nice food. I highly recommend this place especially for big families that want to stay in the same room!

Absolutely nothing!

The bed, linen, doona and pillows were all very comfortable and the studio was equipped with everything you need including air conditioning. The food at the cafe is excellent. We had both dinner and breakfast there.

The bed was on castors which couldn’t be locked down and it moved easily which was a little inconvenient sometimes. It could be an easy problem to fix with some little castor cups under them. The location is quite remote and it’s a long walk down the track to the beach. While the food at the cafe was excellent the environment/eating area could be improved.
