Room was very clean and tastefully decorated. Good size room. Bathroom was very clean and shower was spacious. Had a lower level unit so we were able to park our car immediately outside the front door of the room which was handy for moving luggage in and out.

The property is close to a main road so if you are a light sleeper this might have an impact on your sleep. I, however am a heavy sleeper so it didn't bother me at all.

The bed is comfortable and the room has almost everything we need for an overnight stay. The fridge/freezer is big enough ( a large bar fridge) and the freezer works. Our food stayed cold and our freezer bricks frozen for the next day's travel. We chose to eat outside which meant looking at the front of our vehicle but the chairs and table were already there. A very convenient location when driving between Sydney and the Sunshine Coast.

The bathroom is dated and needs the sink replaced. The shower taps are dated but quirky. The only maintenance problem was the bedside light on the right hand side of the bed which won't tutn off - obviously an electrical problem which we highlighted when we last stayed in the same room on NYE. We knew we had to loosen the globe but that could be dangerous with children.

Bevan and the team gone over and above to make me feel confortable, in particular given they knew i had a bad back and in recovery mode, super friendly and caring. I was also impressed by the level of service i got for the price (i..e. new free mineral water bottles every day!) Super clean and spacious bedroom too and nearby to shops and supermarket was an added bonus = fully reccomend it ;-)

Cute room layout with one twin and a double. Very clean unit, complementary water/coffee/tea/and little biscuits. Felt homey. Parking right in front of our door, and though I didn’t use it, a clean pool surrounded by hedges and lovely plants. Towels in great shape, comfortable beds. Located close to restaurants and pubs and next to a gas station with great coffee and snacks, yet back from the road and very quiet

The location, availability on New Year's Eve, the parking under cover when storms were around and directly outside the room. The King bed was comfortable (apart from not enough pillows). The refrigerator was big enough and the freezer worked. There were 2 comfortable chairs and 2 tables. The price was OK for the holiday period. We will return.

There were only 3 pillows and we like 2 each! The bathrooms are dated but perfectly adequate.

We were concerned about traffic noise when we booked but we couldn't hear a thing. Bed was exceptionally comfortable and we greatly appreciated the free upgrade to separate beds! The room was comfortable, tidy and well maintained. Much better quality rooms than most in the price range

The pool didn't look very clean

Lovely room , very clean and a lot of room . Bed was super comfortable. Nice touch of two cold bottles of water in the fridge . Undercover parking . There was a great pub about 150mtr .

Our late arrival was no issue as keys to the room were easily obtained after office closing hours. The location was great for an easy getaway in the morning. Very handy having hotel and mini supermarket supplies adjacent to the premises. Very cosy and well-equipped room. We'll be a return customer.

Excellent size bed very comfortable. Good Size room, very clean.

The bathroom had a sewerage smell from the bathroom drain that was not very pleasant. Also the TV wouldnt connect to the hotel wifi which was really odd being it was a smart TV

Super friendly staff, convenient location. Clean and excellent hot water!

The light outside was a bit bright at night but just had to position the curtain more carefully to block it out
