Our hosts were so friendly and attentive. Parking so easy. This really is a boutique hotel with unlimited character. Our room was so comfortable, clean , quiet and really unique . So easy with no swipe cards needed to enter or leave your room and the hotel. Linen and toiletries top of the range. The pool area is very inviting . The restaurant was also inviting and the music so relaxing. Lovely dining room and spacious deck to sit outside. Continental Breakfast was complementary - great selection and just perfect. Great price per room and deserves 5 star rating.

I really liked the efficiency and email prior to our arrival. It was a key-less and secure entry code, and it meant both of us had the ability to come and go without needing to arrange to share a swipe card or key. Wifi password was included in the welcome message and instructions. A mobile number was provided if we needed to speak to anyone; which we didn't. There was real bottled milk in the fridge, not the UHT thimbles that you routinely get in hotels. The continental breakfast rhe next morning catered easily for my dietary needs being gluten free.

Ballina Manor is a wonderful historic property, our room was beautiful decorated, spacious and incredibly comfortable with a spa bath and a lovely view out to the pool and gardens. The Manor is so well looked after and presented, everywhere was spotlessly clean. The included breakfast was delicious, fresh and plentiful with lots of options. Our hosts, Hannah and Gersch, managed a perfect balance of letting us know they were always available whilst also letting us get on with our stay with privacy and at our own pace. The Manor’s location is great, a short walk to the restaurants, pubs and wharf.

Ballina Manor Boutique Hotel has been impeccably and luxuriously renovated!! It is beautiful!! We loved looking at the old photos of the hotel when it was once a boarding school for girls. It was a wonderful experience to feel a part of history. Our room was such a surprise. It was gorgeous - a bigger than king sized and very comfortable bed, air conditioning, tasteful decor, a television, a fantastic bath and everything we needed. The grounds are lovely and I even got to read my book on the verandah in the afternoon sun outside our room. We were lucky to be in Room 2 which was on the ground floor and with a door opening onto the verandah. It meant we were easily able to bring our luggage inside, and our car was also close (as there is ample parking both on the grounds itself as well as on the road). A ten minute walk into town (if that) and a delicious continental breakfast set up in the dining room the next morning. Communication with the hotel was excellent - thank you for calling me only minutes after leaving to let us know that we had left my husband's phone behind. I highly recommend this property and wish we could have stayed longer we will be returning.

We loved everything! If the weather had been warmer we would have loved to sit out in the rear garden and even have a swim in the pool. It all looked very inviting.

Lovely spacious room and bathroom. Rm 9. Rear balcony over looking garden and pool. Delicious cocktails and great food on weekend. Continental breakfast only available. Short walk to restaurants. To improve our stay bathroom tap needed washer to fix drip and ceiling fan not working but were provided with a portable fan. In all a lovely place to stay. Thank you to staff member that carried my case down the stairs. Also liked the self check in and keyless doors.

The staff were exceptional. So accommodating and friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The rooms were faultless. The door out to the verandah was an added bonus and a great spot to sit. We ate dinner at the restaurant, which we all thought was excellent and great value for money. The food was delicious and again the staff here were fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and look forward to going back again soon.

A heritage stay in historic Ballina with all the modern conveniences. The most comfortable bed and double shower head a welcome surprise and bonus. Loved the touch pad access, no bulky keys. Secure parking and very quiet location. The included breakfast was delightful, fresh seasonal fruit on offer and great coffee. Thank you to our host. Would.return, highly recommend.

Loved this stay. Our room had a small bathroom and limited storage space. Not an issue but a consideration if staying for more than 2 nights.

Beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean spacious room, lovely clean crisp decor complimenting the period it was built. Quiet location with a lovely outlook, a short walk to foreshore and shops. Lovely breakfast area, amazing food, staff and service absolutely 5 star. We booked 1 room for 3 adults 5 nights, so glad we chose this hotel.

The attention to detail was exceptional. The sheets were crisp and white and oh so comfortable! The breakfast was perfect. It was the right amount of interesting breakfast food and everyone would find something to eat. The service was gentle and quietly friendly. Perfect.

Nothing. There is nothing I would change. I had a car so the location was not an issue for me. But if you didn't have a car then it is a little walk to the town centre.

This hotel was excellent. We received a txt early in the day telling us the room number and access code. We were also informed that their re-furbished restaurant was open that night if we wished to book. Unfortunately we already had a booking at another restaurant. I wished we had eaten there as the food at breakfast was fantastic and the restaurant we went to was not as good as we expected. When we arrived we were met by Hannah (I think that is the correct name) and she was so lovely and helpful. The room was beautiful, large and went out onto a large verandah looking down onto the pool and garden area. Went for a swim in the pool and then had a nice relax on the pool lounges. Could not find one fault and we will certainly use this hotel again.
