Located on the main road thru town, it was easy to locate, and convenient to most facilities. The room was recently renovated, clean and surprisingly light and spacious. The beds are great, I always carry my own pillows, but my companion had little trouble with those provided. The bathroom was a little dated, however, it was clean and had plenty of hot water for that all important shower after our long day on the road. The rooms are fairly well screened from the traffic noise of the main road, and off-street parking is available for those with standard size vehicles.

There's not much to knock at this level of accomodation. I found the window locks to be a little dodgey, and maybe the screens could use a clean, otherwise, it was a truly good value for money stop over.

Good sized room, comfortable beds, sofa, dining table with 4 chairs and basic 'kitchen' with plates, cups, cutlery, microwave, kettle and toaster. Air-conditioning and fans which was very much appreciated.

Unfortunately only 1 pillow on each bed (two of our party needed higher pillows) , no hanging/wardrobe space so can be a problem if you have formal wear (for weddings etc). Balcony is very narrow and railing rather low so be cautious leaving the upstairs rooms if it has been raining.

Closeness to the waterfront.

The design of the bathroom. The sliding shower doors should be reversed so water does come out onto the vanity - plus this would open the access pads the vanity. Also this design change would allow a larger vanity sink. Currently the glass shelf above the sink doesn’t allow easy access to the sink when cleaning your teeth.

What a perfect little motel. The room was extremely clean and spacious for a small family. Beds are very comfy and enough extra pillows supplied. The shower was absolutely fantastic, fast flowing hot water. Plenty of coffee tea provided and the staff are extremely friendly. Will definitely book there again when visiting Ballina.

Not much really, keep doing what you are doing and all will be well.

Room was clean and good value. Close to river and easy to find.

I like having someone at reception desk, but only spoke to someone via phone who told me how to get the key. AirBnb maybe, motel not really. I understand that maybe people have to do other things, but personal touch is why people keep returning.

The receptionist said she would give us the "small room" when we booked in. I would hate to see the "big room" if we got the small one 😂😂 it was huge, we were extremely comfortable & would definitely stay there again.

Nothing really other than the fact that the reception was closed and we had to book in via the phone.

This place was comfortable and had a great shower. It was spotlessly clean and the position was perfect for us as a stopover. Thank you.

I was there only one night and was a little noisy in the morning but would definitely stay there again..

We were pleased to get the last basic room at a very good rate.

The traffic noise, although we're not complaining as the room rate made it OK and it was no worse than was expected for the position of the room at the road end of the complex.

It was great value for money, extremely clean and comfortable. We were just staying for a night on our way travelling to QLD and it was great. Easy to find, parking available and the room was clean, fresh, good size and everything that was needed.

Didn't know about brekky. Bad storm sent tv to an early grave, & when contacted, manager replaced the TV as well as giving me, on request, extra bikkies & sugar. Enjoyed my stay. Friendly people.
