On arrival the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The cabin was newly refurbished and all of the appliances were of good quality. I was impressed by the size of the bathroom for a one bedroom cabin. The deep luxurious bath and large rainwater shower were great. The bed was comfy and the bedding was of high quality. Our cabin was in a quiet secluded part of park with a nice outlook. I found the cleanliness was of a high standard and alot of thought has been put into the amenities. I highly recommend this park for couples and families. There were lots of activities for kids including bikes, indoor play area, pool, water park, skate park and live entertainment for the kids. I liked the on site coffee van and food van. I have stayed in Tasman cabin parks before and found this one to be of the highest standard. Keep up the great work.... well done. We will definitely be returning.

We found it hard to locate our cabin as the one bedroom was one cabin divided in half. Ours was behind the front facing one. I would recommend more signage or perhaps staff explaining how to locate the rear cabins. We drove around the park 3 times looking for our cabin. The shower water pressure was very low and took a long time to heat up. The location was very peaceful however it was a fair distance into town.

Good facilities for kids and families. Great location on the river. Comfortable beds and good basic kitchen and laundry. Nice tennis courts and kids skating area. Friendly staff. Nice pool but absolutely freezing.

Units need a good vacuum and mop. Lots of little things were broken in our villa. Eg, one of the doors to the verandah wouldn't open, toilet roll holder broken, loose doorknobs. Hisense TV was glitchy when streaming. Whole place needs some effort spent on maintenance. But on the whole passable. Would have been nice for the kids splash zone to be open on warm days (September holidays).

Great location and a real nice facility staff were good and helpful. The room was great, and quite large and modern. We enjoyed our stay there. Would recommend to other travellers.

The bathroom and bedroom were very clean. The downfall was the cleanliness of the wooden floors in the living areas. These had not been cleaned as in mopped. Walking around barefoot and our feet were black from grime and several times we we had to scrub our feet, particularly before going to bed so that we wouldn't soil the sheets Other than that the rest of the cabin, the cutlery and crockery, and the appliances were immaculate. Only other concern is there only 3 or 4 coat hangers available.

Clean, comfortable. Good location if have a car.

Door locks were broken so took ages to lock and unlock the room. One time I had to leave it open as it was impossible to lock. This was not a safe situation. Went to office 3 x about it. First time they sent someone to fix it and it worked once. 2nd time they changed my key. 3rd time they said "oh yeah lots of them are like that."They didn't give me the code to get through the barriers as checked in at 7pm and office closes at 5pm. Luckily another guest came along and gave us their code otherwise we had no way to drive to the unit.

Super comfortable beds! Very spacious villa and lots of on-site activities to keep the kids happy and entertained. Warm and clean showers with a rain head, good working heater & comfy couch. We had our afternoon tea with a family of kookaburras & to top it all off, we received a late check out at 1! We will definitely be back

There wasn't a BBQ on our deck as advertised on booking.com, and a few of the dishes supplied had to be washed before we could use them... but other than that, we couldn't really fault the place and I was sorry to have to leave

Rooms seemed recently upgraded, bathroom was better and more spacious than most hotels. General facilities (2 swimming pools, splashpad) exceeded expectations

Only minor suggestions - a fly screen door would have meant being able to enjoy fresh air flow. People in suite across left porch light on overnight which was bright and faced directly into the suite. More opportunities to directly access the river would have been nice. Overall nothing major.

Cabins were clean. Pools good. Nice location had everything we needed.

Noise having a wedding marquee directly behind cabins was very inconvenient. We were told a week maybe 2 before arriving but that didn't allow us to book elsewhere as country music festival, the show and other events all on at same time. - miss the water park that use to be there. - miss the mini farm animals and the Sunday morning pancakes that were available with previous owners.

Second time here and still highly recommend. This time i stayed in 1 bedroom villa and it was very spacious and modern. Bathroom was very stylish and spent alot of time in the lagoon pool as it was 43 degrees on the day we arrived. Last time stayed in a 3 bedroom but have to say loved the 1 bedroom better

The frosted glass above the toilet had been rubbed off on one side so not very private but a chopping board did the trick . Nothing else

Our cabin looked like it was newly refurbished. Very nice fittings and spacious (Cabin no 49). Staff were friendly & helpful. Loved the Lagoon Pool, Water Splash park & Ninja Course. Kids had fun swimming at the Lagoon Pool (staff did a good job in cleaning up the pool after the heavy storm). Plenty of activities to do for kids. Had a lovely evening stroll around the resort. Very peaceful & quiet. Parking is excellent right in front of our cabin.

the floor and some parts of the furniture were a little dusty so had to do some extra cleaning myself. Also dusty fan on the ceiling of the main bedroom (queen bed room). Another issue is the Wi-Fi was quite terrible. Hard to get connected and connection dropped off very often. Water leaking from the shower onto the bathroom floor right under the towel rack.

Everything. The green grass, trees, birds, nature, the murray river and great customer service from all the staff. All the different activities for the kids. Felt very safe and I was comfortable to let the kids roam on their own.

Only that we didnt have tea towels to dry dishes in any of our cabins but we managed. If you could get the kayaks back up and running that would be awesome 👌🏽
