On arrival the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The cabin was newly refurbished and all of the appliances were of good quality. I was impressed by the size of the bathroom for a one bedroom cabin. The deep luxurious bath and large rainwater shower were great. The bed was comfy and the bedding was of high quality. Our cabin was in a quiet secluded part of park with a nice outlook. I found the cleanliness was of a high standard and alot of thought has been put into the amenities. I highly recommend this park for couples and families. There were lots of activities for kids including bikes, indoor play area, pool, water park, skate park and live entertainment for the kids. I liked the on site coffee van and food van. I have stayed in Tasman cabin parks before and found this one to be of the highest standard. Keep up the great work.... well done. We will definitely be returning.

We found it hard to locate our cabin as the one bedroom was one cabin divided in half. Ours was behind the front facing one. I would recommend more signage or perhaps staff explaining how to locate the rear cabins. We drove around the park 3 times looking for our cabin. The shower water pressure was very low and took a long time to heat up. The location was very peaceful however it was a fair distance into town.

Good facilities for kids and families. Great location on the river. Comfortable beds and good basic kitchen and laundry. Nice tennis courts and kids skating area. Friendly staff. Nice pool but absolutely freezing.

Units need a good vacuum and mop. Lots of little things were broken in our villa. Eg, one of the doors to the verandah wouldn't open, toilet roll holder broken, loose doorknobs. Hisense TV was glitchy when streaming. Whole place needs some effort spent on maintenance. But on the whole passable. Would have been nice for the kids splash zone to be open on warm days (September holidays).

Great location and a real nice facility staff were good and helpful. The room was great, and quite large and modern. We enjoyed our stay there. Would recommend to other travellers.

The bathroom and bedroom were very clean. The downfall was the cleanliness of the wooden floors in the living areas. These had not been cleaned as in mopped. Walking around barefoot and our feet were black from grime and several times we we had to scrub our feet, particularly before going to bed so that we wouldn't soil the sheets Other than that the rest of the cabin, the cutlery and crockery, and the appliances were immaculate. Only other concern is there only 3 or 4 coat hangers available.

Condition of the unit was like new. The facilities of the unit were excellent. It seemed as if everything had been included.

Our motor vehicle was parked at the other end of the building. I would rather that it was out front, in sight and close by. The resort was too far from the towns of Moama and Echuca. These were the places we had come to visit. Walking to them was not an option. A few other visitors were loud and their laughter, conversation and general noise were a minus. Happily, they departed next day.

Super comfortable beds! Very spacious villa and lots of on-site activities to keep the kids happy and entertained. Warm and clean showers with a rain head, good working heater & comfy couch. We had our afternoon tea with a family of kookaburras & to top it all off, we received a late check out at 1! We will definitely be back

There wasn't a BBQ on our deck as advertised on booking.com, and a few of the dishes supplied had to be washed before we could use them... but other than that, we couldn't really fault the place and I was sorry to have to leave

Clean, comfortable. Good location if have a car.

Door locks were broken so took ages to lock and unlock the room. One time I had to leave it open as it was impossible to lock. This was not a safe situation. Went to office 3 x about it. First time they sent someone to fix it and it worked once. 2nd time they changed my key. 3rd time they said "oh yeah lots of them are like that."They didn't give me the code to get through the barriers as checked in at 7pm and office closes at 5pm. Luckily another guest came along and gave us their code otherwise we had no way to drive to the unit.

Beautiful & clean facilities… Very relaxing…

Upon checking out, there was a car stationary at the exit gate trying to enter their individual exit code and two children at the entry on go carts who held up the line when leaving which lead to our exit code expiring. When my husband approached the front reception to explain the situation, the staff were extremely rude even though we had left our room at check out time putting a dampener on the whole experience…

Rooms seemed recently upgraded, bathroom was better and more spacious than most hotels. General facilities (2 swimming pools, splashpad) exceeded expectations

Only minor suggestions - a fly screen door would have meant being able to enjoy fresh air flow. People in suite across left porch light on overnight which was bright and faced directly into the suite. More opportunities to directly access the river would have been nice. Overall nothing major.

First time here. It was exceptional! It's such a beautiful tranquil place hidden in Moama. The whole surroundings were amazing. You are surrounded by trees, birds. The rooms were of high standards brand new and exceptional clean. Highly Highly recommend this place, you will not regret it. There is also kids facilities, they have everything there. Beautiful place! I will definitely be back there again.

Nothing to dislike.

The accomodation was brilliant. We had a one bedroom unit and it was so spacious. The bathroom was amazing. Shower water was hot and great pressure. Good size bath .. The best part was not knowing what time of the morning it was as the black out blinds were the best . Will definitely stay again and highly recommended

Only thing that didn’t work was the tv in the bedroom but that wasn’t a huge issue
