Great sized room, double and single bed with a table and chairs and plenty of storage space and a great bathroom with toiletries. Microwave oven, TV with Foxtel, Toaster and Kettle. Cutlery and crockery. Short walk to all the Pubs, Clubs and restaurants/cafes and very clean and tidy. Good place to stay, got everything you need.

No free breakfast, complimentary bottle of wine or chocolates, mints or similar, just something to justify the price in some way. A small touch of some kind would have been nice. Similar Motels do this. Something to think about.

The room was large and the bathroom/ensuite was HUGE. I hadn't had a bath in over 30yrs but I did utilise this beautiful new looking bath and it did not disappoint. Bed was comfy, room was clean and I loved how big it was! Talk about location, you couldn't get any closer to the shops on High St if you wanted to. Staff were warm and friendly. I'm very particular with bathrooms including toilets but it was thoroughly cleaned.

Only con I have is that I was on the 1st floor (there are only the bottom and 1st levels) and there was no stair entrance near my room... I don't mind walking up stairs but I did have a heavy load and couldn't be bothered doing it in trips. In hindsight I should've done a couple of trips as I was quite concerned about loosing my footing.

I wasn't expecting the little kitchen area and the bathroom was fabulous. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and I slept as though I had died! Very rare these days.

Nice staff but one person on the desk is not enough as they can't deal with calls and check ins...and if a guest has a problem. Something didn't work in my room and I tried to talk to them. Had to give up. Also, there is no room for luggage to be left securely. I had to insist it went in the office for safety. I have never come across a hotel without this facility and I am used to the Mercure hotel group.

Room: The room was excellent - much larger than anticipated, with plenty of seating (loved that a breakfast table was provided!) and ample room for bags. The bed was comfortable, with clean linen. The room itself was very clean and the air conditioner worked perfectly. The fridge/amenities cabinet was great, with plenty of 'bits and pieces' provided. Bathroom: Well, this was amazing! Loved the fact that there was plenty of space for amenities (both on the bench and in the drawers), a double basin, huge mirror, good lighting, plenty of storage space and plenty of towels. The shower was impressive, with a lot of space, good drainage, excellent hot water supply and water pressure.

Only a very minor point: There should have been a hair dryer and we checked the whole room and bathroom, however, it was not there. The Reception staff were informed to let them know that it hadn't been taken by us.

The location of the hotel was perfect, the room was better than the photos, the bed was a lot more comfortable than I was expecting, the facilities at the hotel were amazing - everything was great, and honestly exceeded expectations! Will 100% be returning on my next visit.

The floorboards in the room I had were severely squeaky, so every time I walked anywhere, there was a lot of noise. And the cord for the jug and microwave were too short for the kitchen layout. Everything else was perfect ! :)

The location of the motel is not far from the centre of town. The Port of Echuca was interesting to visit and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants to choose from. High Street is busy with traffic during peak hour but quiet at night. Our room was spacious with a lounge plus dining table and chairs plus a microwave and toaster to use. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming but check-in took a bit longer with a new computer system being implemented. We didn’t have a car (using the VLine train) so a lot of exploring was done on foot.

A blind on the bathroom window would be good as the morning light streams through. The mattress was very firm.

Close tocentre of town and easy walking distance to tourist attractions and shopping.. staff great and very helpfull even came over after hours to sort out TV problem. Ensuite in good order and upgraded in recent years. Room spacious

Room at the front facing the street and noisy as only single glazed windows. Noisy revellers going past at 2am. Old fashioned wardrobe and worn couch. Old tv that only got reception on some chanels. No dining or breakfast room on site. I was told building constructed 45 years ago and showing some age. Our room would have benefitted from a refurbishment

Accommodation was good Location and room and cleanliness BUT BREAKFAST BAD… We arrived 8am and nothing left … had to wait 20 minutes for the kitchen to cook eggs and bacon and tomatoes.. Fruit on platter looked disgusting.. watermelon dry like being there over night and pineapple was brown… $27 ph not good… Not impressed We had a better breakfast elsewhere.. Did not return during our 3 night stay.. Maria

The location of this property is excellent to the attractions in the area. Close walking proximity to local bars and restaurants and Port of Echuca. It's a short drive across to Moama and within 15minutes to the RSL and Rich River complexes. We have stayed here before and will probably stay here again next time we visit Echuca.

It was a little noisy at night and you could her the cars on the main road.

Location was fantastic - meant that we could walk to the port and to the shops. Room was very comfy. It was large and very nice.The room was very clean and it was cleaned every day which was great. The pool area was also very inviting - plenty of chairs and tables and it was great.Also loved having water available to fill up my water bottle.

Bed was a little bit too soft for us but it was nice and big. The pool temperature for me was a bit too cold so could not enjoy the pool but at least it was clean .
