We arrived earlier than our stated time but were given access to our room. the reception desk was not open but we could call a number and the manager gave us the key to our room. The room was spacious though the b bathroom was small. there was a table and two upright chairs and crockery. and cutlery provided. Toaster and kettle as well.

The motel faces onto the major route bypassing the town and vehicles travel at 70 km. The premises can only be entered by vehicles from the left hand divided highway. This takes some planning. It would be helpful for the motel to provide a small jug to fill the kettle Using the drinking cups is not really appropriate. Face washers would be welcome for each guest staying in the unit. The motel was some distance from the shopping centre.

The staff were lovely, room serviced daily was amazing, pool area was a big hit with the kids, the managers were lovely attentive and kept to themselves which was nice as we could relax. Friendly managers a homely feel. Room was cleaned and aircon was nice and cold. Had all you need for a nice stay.

A wasp or something huge like that lingered outside my room. When we thought it was gone so we sat out the front with a coffee and snack it came back harassing us. Cars were broken into while there I feel signs saying lock cars would help or a front gate is better. Young guys drinking and yelling partying through the night while we stayed which kept us up at 3.30am.

Clean,comfy bed, decent sized room,hot shower, only short drive to town, nearby IGA and pizza shop, heating worked well. Had microwave, hairdryer, TV, kettle. We stayed for 4 nights.

No coat hangers or hooks to hang anything in rooms, not much space to store or hang clothes, needs do not disturb signs on door. Bathroom fairly small but ok. Older style motel but maintained ok.

Affordable compared to other motels, offers a lot of utilities in the room (microwave, hair dryer, stovetop, tv with channels and streaming apps), a laundry and kitchen room that’s free of extra cost, room was clean, beds were comfortable, chill and laid back staff, location isn’t too far from other shops.

Lack of amenities around the motel, no daily room service, strange smell from the pillows, the paint was coming off some of the walls, and one of the power outlets were damaged.

It is recently renovated and and a great place to stay on an unplanned trip. Comfortable with great items featured in the room such as microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster etc do I didn’t need to eat out after a long day. Key safe so I could easily drop the keys off easily for an early start to my drive to Melbourne.

It did get noisy throughout the night by people walking by, but then again it was Saturday night and this will occur in many places and is outside the control of the staff.

No sharp knife to cut fruit or meat. Did ask reception if they had one we could borrow but they said no. Only minor detail but when you have bought a watermelon for kids and can't cut it it was frustrating especially as it's the only place we've stayed at that had no sharp knives. Will remember to pack one next time otherwise everything was good.

Clean, great size, and good facilities. The room we booked had 2 single beds separated off from the rest of the room which had a queen bed, table and chairs. Parking was just outside the room. The room was accessible through its own little passageway and there was also a small grassy area to the rear. The pool was so warm, I walked straight into it and started swimming, whereas usually I complain about how cold pools are and won't get straight in!

Room was quite far from the centre (we knew this when we booked), so we opted to drive in.

We come up last minute arriving late and the staff were so awesome. We couldn’t have asked for more nicer clean rooms and comfortable beds to sleep in. So warm and cosy. We ended up forgetting an Apple Watch my daughter just got and the called us after finding this on cleaning they called us 3 times to catch us and returned the forgotten watch. We will stay here again.

We liked everything about our stay

Room was clean could of done with a paint freshen up . Bed was very clean. Room was air conditioned. Fridge microwave toaster kettle. Towels were amazing they were big and new. Bathroom freezing no heater light could of done with a coat of paint. Car undercover parking. It did offer free laundry which was excellent as we had been travelling for days. Staff were lovely. It's an older motel but was good value for money and well situated. I would stay again.

That it was old feeling a fresh coat of paint would work wonders there. Maybe update the chairs and curtains to freshen it up.

There was plentiful. coffee biscuits etc , great heater, spacious. Comfortable beds.

It was a bit far from township. It was pouring rain and we asked staff about getting picked up for a festival…. the QR code for transport was on front gate, our phone wouldn’t work to scan and we got wet trying to go out to the gate. I feel the staff could have been more helpful.
