Everything was fantastic. This place exceeded our expectations! We felt very at ease it was like a home away from home for us, even other guests were amazing! Everything you could need is in the villa & the owner Terry was happy to help with anything whether it be a cot for your little one or just an enquiry. He was simply lovely. Back to work for us but we will definitely be back next holiday season, thanks Terry! 👌

FYI - was a wasp nest on the balcony eve outside our unit. Insect spray was provided, but this needs to professionally removed. The wasps seem to be up in the palm trees, which made it unsafe for my two young girls. No issues just ideally next occupant can avoid the same issue. BBQ very dirty and spent half hour trying to clean the plate. This was next level dirty and unusable to be honest. The odd monthly clean is all they need. Otherwise enjoyable stay, Thanks Terry

Property was clean and tidy with all linen included. Fanatastic undercover parking located right beside entry to the unit. Very little road noise could be heard even though the property was on the corner. Owner/manager was very accomodating with our late arrival and early checkout. Great location within easy walk to bowls club. Would definitely stay here again.

Spacious and cosy accommodation, like a proper sized 2 bed apartment for a similar price to a cabin. Easy to access, no contact check in and out. Plenty of key sets. Full kitchen. Everything was clean and very private.

Neighbour parked their second car on the grass out front that made it a little tricky reversing out of my parking space. Not a fault of the venue, but could maybe put up a little plant barrier or something to discourage others in future. There are extra undercover parking spaces out front, after all :)

Very friendly and accommodating hosts, no issues with adding to the booking when I enquired about having some friends stay for one of the nights. Nice quiet location yet still in walking distance to the shops and bowling club. Very clean property throughout. Spacious and comfortable with ample kitchen equipment provided and good sized fridge.

The property is very clean and welcoming. The hosts are very nice people. The units are of a good size for 4 persons.

The toilet paper.😂. One ply is terrible. I will definitely stay here again buy next time we will bring our own paper.

The accommodation was in a peaceful setting. The unit was immaculate and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The free Wifi worked well. I felt like the owners had thought of small details which just make life easier when you are travelling. Communication with the host was immediate, friendly and helpful.

There was nothing not to like about this hidden gem in Moama. It is close to everything and reasonably priced.

The place was quiet, clean, and easy to access. We were also a short walk to a nice walking track through the woods beside the river.

We didn’t have enough cutlery for 4 people and had only 2 placemats. Neighborhood dog barked through the night.

Spacious unit was very clean. Quite location with Bowling Club within walking distance. Stayed in 3 bedroom unit which had undercover outside area, which was great. Allround nice stay. Staff very friendly.

The fully stocked villa was very clean and easy to get to. Close to the Murray. The Villa has plenty of room for a small family or couple. The pool was a hit for our son. Absolutely perfect for our trip :)
