Our apartment at Acacia Terrace was very inviting, spacious and comfortable; it has a good kitchen dining area; and best of all is that there's a very comfortable couch, and fabulous bed. The Acacia Terrace Apartments are just a street or two back from the main street so you can easily stroll to the shops and cafes for a bite to eat or drink , or you might like to take a river boat ride on the Murray for an interesting outing.

We liked everything about Acacia Terraces. We have no complaints.

Sharon was a very lovely lady who was accomodating right from the start,who as a host was not intrusive and was there when assistance was required

Maybe the on site parking,maybe signage for parking bays would be beneficial as it is only 4 parking bays residences may sometimes take advantage of others and take a little to much space not allowing any space but overall not a huge problem as overflow parking available at the front of residence on the road.

The location was a short walk into town, the apartment was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed for our short stay. The bed was super comfortable and we were shown how to use the facilities, they even put the heating on for us before our arrival as it was cold. Would stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. The room was lovely and dark and we had a great night sleep

Because it was cold, a rug under the couch would have made it home from home. I couldn't fault this place aside from that. It was wonderful.

Brilliant unit layout for short or longterm stays , everything you could wish for and FRESH milk in the fridge not that UHT stuff . Much appreciated for such a thoughtful personal touch . Lovely quiet spot away from the hussle n bussle yet not far from busy city centre .

Oh from the moment I drove up to the property. I loved everything about it the kitchen and the space the chase lounge. It was sensational. I can’t wait to come back here again.

The only thing I didn’t like was that it was slightly further from the pub than I am usually, but I probably could use the walk. Next time I cook my own food at the kitchen because it’s beautifully self-contained contain.

Excellent location, clean, comfortable, quiet. Sharon was friendly and helpful.

Flat screen TV was not a Smart TV so I was unable to chromecast my own Netflix or catch up TV apps, using my mobile phone. As a solo traveller I use this for entertainment as mainstream TV might be broascasting shows that are on an episode that I am not up to or shows that I am not intetested in. Facilities listed video and there was no video or DVD player.

Probably the best value in Echuca. Sharon is an excellent hostess and the accommodation is outstanding. It's within walking distance of the Port and the bed is very comfortable. We could've easily spent another week there.

Perhaps a couple of bedside lamps would be good but that's just being picky.

The location was excellent, as it is close to many very good eateries and the historic Port of Echuca precinct and shops. It also is quite easy to walk into the CBD and considering a very cold couple of days, nice and cosy (very good heating). Free wi-fi was also a bonus. Our terrace was one of four and although almost capacity there was nothing heard from our neighbours, very quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay again.

This is the perfect location and situation for a retreat. Quiet and private with all the creature comforts and quality in all aspects. This property has a rustic modern feel, you can tell that a lot of thought has gone into how the owners want their gusts to feel.

wifi was not on site however, it felt nice to have a break from social media and there was enough available around to entertain. Bush walks, movies, games, tennis not to mention the Murry River was only a 5-10min walk away.

Loved everything about Acacia Terraces from The friendliness of Sharon who met us there , to the comfort of our home for the week , the closeness to the town and port of Echuca plus the lovely lunch at the winery by paddle steamer 😊would highly recommend Acacia Terraces. We have stayed twice and will definitely stay again 10out of 10
