The room size for 2 was exceptional and the amenities provided were great. The location is right in the heart of town and within walking distance to everything. Check in and out was a breeze and the attached restaurant 'Essen' served lovely breakfasts by extremely polite and friendly staff.

Fortunately the weather wasn't too hot as the pool was undergoing some refurbishment and wasn't available, and for me with restricted movement from my back the toilet roll holder was in an awkward position. But those two things certainly didn't detract from the excellent stay we had.

My only fault was we had requested two single beds and a double bed however the room we recieved had 2 double beds instead It did not impact our comfort however i was disappointed to find that after my request for the bed arrangements was confirmed and granted weeks before our arrival that it was not met We did however have a lovely stay and will be staying again in the future if need be

Such a fantastic place to stay! Lynda couldn't be more helpful, checking us in and assisting with our questions/needs. I've only marked the "facilities" section down as we had a wonky showerhead. But to be fair, it wasn't so much of an issue that we needed to raise it with staff. Room 29 had plenty of space and was very clean. Great aircon, well stocked tea/coffee etc and delicious smelling toiletries. Excellent location, in particular for tourists, and plenty of guest parking.

The showerhead needs to be tightened, but the pressure was good and it didnt affect the enjoyment of our stay.

Essen's was delicious we shared a breakfast as it was so big just across from our accommodation Fantastic

My first room No 8 I could smell Bleach as I am allergic to Bleach, my Friend was in Room 7 All OK there, then I went to Room 14 a family room it was lovely, clean and the double or queen bed was fantastic to sleep in Bathroom was spotless, we will be back in the near future maybe around Blues Festival time in late July, I would live to bring my Husband, you are so central to everything there xxx

Bed was comfortable, pillows were great, shower was good. Pool was really good too. Best location to everything. The cleaners (staff) were lovely, they let us in the room a few hours early.

It was very noisey being right near the American hotel and OPT club. Not complaining but I felt awkward checking into the hotel in the cafe, just made my partner and I feel uncomfortable, and most staff didn’t know how to do the hotel side of things. Also car parks- wish we could have reserved parking outside YOUR ROOM not just park anywhere as our park was taken up by another car.

Great location. Walked to shops, attractions at the port, farmers market etc. Was very clean, Had a microwave in room which is always handy when stay a few nights. Lots of channel options with the free Foxtel tv. Staff were very nice and helpful.

Hotel next door had vey loud band both Friday and Saturday nights that went till very late and their patrons were very rowdy when they were leaving after midnight but obviously nothing Nirebo could have done about that. Luckily it was good music that they played.

Perfect location. Loved the 10% discount card if you used the cafe or hotel. Coffee was very nice. Room very clean. Beds comfortable. Aircon had been put on prior to arrival. This was great as it was quite humid. Had requested a slightly earlier check-in, and they made it happen. Would definitely stay again.

Only thing I found weird was that the toaster and kettle were kept in the bathroom where there isn't a toilet door. Didn't bother me as we didn't use them.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. I accidentally booked a day later than I intended and the staff quickly updated the correct date at check in. It was great having the restaurant closely located for breakfast. The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet.

Value for money! The hotel is right in the centre of town very close to absolutely everything you may need and surprisingly it was still very quiet. The American had a band going and we could not hear anything unless we stepped outside of the room.

The room is a bit smaller than expected, especially the bathroom a bit of a tight squeeze. However, it suited the two of us just fine and for the price we paid the room was most definitely worth it.

The location on High Street was excellent, with good access to all cafes and food outlets. The room was as described .. a mini-suite .. which suited perfectly given that I was away from the room early and arriving back late.
