Great location and close to supermarket (across the road). Rooms were spacious and clean. Plenty of bench space for belongings in the rooms and bathroom. Like the door to the pool, and garden. Garden was well maintained and pool clean and plenty of seats and lounges. The woman at reception was friendly and loved the fact there was no check out time on the day we were leaving. We would come back here.

Only slight negative was the traffic noise as it is on a busy road. However, you soon block it out, especially when you are tired from a busy day.

River Country Inn far exceeded our expectations as a Pet Friendly hotel. The moment we walked in the room we knew how clean it was by the steamed cleaned carpets, fresh (very fresh) linen with not a bit of dust. This was our first experience travelling with the dogs who were very welcomed. An absolute delight and stress free break - thank you

Very thin walls between rooms - not the owners' fault but we could hear every conversation (assuming neighbours could hear us!)

I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and cleanliness of the room. Considering it is Pet Friendly I was expecting it to maybe not be as clean or some traces of animal hair, but no, everything was super clean. The location was also really handy to Woolworths right across the road and the main shopping strip of Moama. Beds and pillows were also really comfy.

I liked the spacious room, which was also clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and had great pillows in plenty. The bathroom was large and well-appointed. I rarely stay in motels, but I would choose to stay here again, should I be in Moama for a short visit in the future. The proximity to the shopping centre is a big plus also.

There wasn’t anything I actively disliked. I would like to advise people though, to not be put off by the facade from the street. I was a bit dismayed at first sight, because the place looks old and a bit unprepossessing. In this case, appearances are deceiving and I was very pleasantly surprised when I walked into our room.

We didn't have breakfast and the location was good.

There were lots of strange noises. I think it was coming from the laundry that was situated behind our bathroom. We also had trouble finding the motel due to the entrance being in the street behind. Once we opened the email we found it, our fault using google maps and not finding the email sooner.

Located in a convenient part of town, opposite fuel station, macca’s and shops. didn’t have brekky, so I can’t rate that. Water pressure excellent and hot water was instant! Bed was comfortable and my room (24) was on the quiet side of the motel, away from the highway, but a colleague informed me that the highway wasn’t too loud. my shower tap washer failed on my first morning, (normal wear and tear) and John attended to the problem immediately. My room was really big, so I wasn’t tripping over myself or my stuff.

Internet tv feed was a bit slow.

The rooms were certainly not fancy but were spacious, clean and very comfortable. The pool area was great and we spent most of our time there during a heat wave of 40 degree days. The bbq area is well set up with everything you need to cook a meal. There is a supermarket directly across the road and the local clubs offer courtesy bus services. We travelled with friends who had children and the accommodation worked out perfectly for all of us. All in all we were really impressed with comfort and value especially for the inexpensive nightly rate. Would definitely return.

Dinner plates would be handy in the rooms as we spent the first night trying to eat our bbq dinner on saucers before buying paper plates the next day. A shade cloth over one end of the pool would be ideal as it is in full sun until late afternoon/evening.

Lovely clean and spacious room. Gorgeous garden area surrounded by the motel building with pool and well established trees and foliage. Quite peaceful and tranquil. Ideal for kids to be kept safe away from roads. A couple of resident friendly birds. BBQ and cooking area under cover.

Probably could have more convenient set up for kettle, toaster and microwave. Have to get the toaster and kettle down from high cupboard (I am short). Need to move microwave to plug in the other two. I also don't like depending on previous guest to clean crockery and utensils which is part of the conditions. I think all of these items should go through a dishwasher before the next guest. All that being said, I would stay there again.

How immaculately clean it was. Modern decor, and special finishing touches that helped with using bbq area. How fast service was, very friendly owners. Attentive staff. Lovely garden and pool area.

The weird spots of Power Point's. Hard to charge phone. Cannot lay in bed and use phone.

Great location, large comfortable, clean room - check in was smooth enough, friendly person greeted us!

Lacking bathroom extras - including toilet paper (seemed difficult to get some more, but a spare roll or two in the bathroom would help!). There was hand soap attached to the wall and shampoo/conditioner attached to the shower wall but no soaps or body wash available. Some parts of the room seemed outdated making it a little overpriced for what it was.
