The staff were incredibly responsive and helpful. We arrived on a very busy Friday night, during a festival, with the motel fully booked. The ceiling fan wasn't working and we were given a standing fan, which would have been fine for the weekend, but an electrician was also called. The electrician arrived and repaired the fan within 30 mins of arriving. The motel is kept immaculately clean, with staff ensuring that outdoor furniture, any cobwebs on balconies etc all cleaned. The pool was the cleanest we had seen.

Super clean facilities, really friendly and lovely staff and as described. Really enjoyed the pool and spa, barbecue facilities and room service. They even have laundry facilities for a small cost on site which was most helpful. Check in was easy and she even gave an extra power tag so we could leave the aircon on whilst out for a comfortable return as the days were so hot. Other guests were courteous and didn’t experience any disturbance during the nights. It was also within walking distance of basically everything so I was able to leave my car at the accommodation for most of the stay. Will definitely be coming back some time! Lovely experience. Hard to fault but one thing we did struggle a bit with was the fridge- it froze all our food despite turning the dial down. Otherwise nothing at all!

The room location was ideal! We were upgraded during our 4 day stay which was perfect. Owner/ manager were very considerate of our comfort level as there was a group that could have been potentially loud next to original room. 🥰

The Paddlewheel was great value for money and clean and friendly staff. We love to walk, shop, explore and dine out. The location was perfect for all of the above activities.

Good location. Having a convenient/liquor store across the road was fabulous. Our 10 year old son enjoyed and spent some time at the pool. Clean, tidy and welcoming room. Dish washing liquid provided. Good to see toilet paper dispenser in the bathroom with plenty of toilet paper provided rather than traditional toilet paper rolls

1) Small toilet/shower space; fan not doing much and ended up having a steamy bathroom and foggy mirror after a shower. 2) Used dish cloth/wipe - would prefer a new one provided so I don’t have to imagine where/how that cloth was used previously. 3) Toiler brush was yucky. Please consider cleaning or replacing the brush as part of daily cleaning routine especially before getting new guests in the room.

Everything and everyone were amazing. The rooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable and everything you could need was there, including a microwave, toaster, aswell as plates and bowls and cutlery were provided for cereal etc...... The pool area is really nice and was well maintained, there is also a lovely undercover BBQ area . The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Echuca to stay at Paddlewheel Motel. We will be staying there again. 🙂

Absolutely nothing.

The staff were fantastic. We made a very last-minute booking due to rain flooding our camp site. As a result, we needed to do our laundry very urgently and it was late at night. The Motel owner stated she did not want us using the laundry too late due to people being booked in the room next door. Instead of telling us to go elsewhere they happily dried our washing in their own dryer to ensure all clients remained happy and were able to sleep.

This place was exactly as advertised. There is nothing not to like.

Room was comfortable & clean.

The shower hot water service badly needs attention as the water, while showering continually went cold & hot without warning - many times without warning while we were showering, the water temperature went from warm to extremely hot & then cold - dangerous if you had a young child in the shower who would have been scolded!

Room was large and comfortable. Upstairs at front of building. Bathroom & room were quite good and bed was comfortable. Room had small outdoor balcony but due to cold weather it wasn't used. Car parking was adequate but tight when motel was full. Able to park reasonably close to stairs to get to upstairs room.

Being at the front of the building there was a bit of road noise but it was tolerable. Rooms at the back of hotel wouldn't have this issue as they are well of the street. If you're a light sleeper it'd be worth considering asking for a room towards the back.

Great location. A very nice motel to stay the night. Not sure we would stay longterm, but the beds were comfy and the facilities were well kept. Outdoor heated pool was our big highlight!

There was no complimentary little milks. The kitchenette and bathroom were kind of combined - but that's just a personal preference.
