We booked last minute and the location was perfect, plus the lady on reception was delightful. The rooms were very clean and the kitchen was well-stocked. It was handy to have parking directly out the front.

There was confusion with the room/s we were allocated which turned out we were given a key card to the wrong room & that a connecting door should not have been left unlocked. But the manager made us feel uncomfortable when she came up to work out what had happened, and that we had done something wrong. We worked it out but we were left feeling uncomfortable with the stay, which was a shame.

On arrival we had a private note with complimentary chocolates which was a lovely touch. Location was great. Only 600meters from the river if you wanted to swim, and a short walk to the main shopping strips. Hotel was lovely and clean as was the room. The room was plenty big enough for the two of us, and the kitchen had all of the facilities you needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was awesome and we used the pool several times which was lovely to cool off in during the summer heat.

The American Hotel over the road has a band playing extremely loud music until 2am! Don't bother eating at The American Hotel either. The food was woeful.

Easy check in at counter as I did not do the self-check in. Room was ready ~1:15pm so that was a bonus. Staff nice and friendly. On the kitchen bench was a lovely welcome note with a packet of chocolate raspberries which was a really nice gesture. Free car-parking (under cover) was fantastic and quick elevator to the room. Soundproofing was excellent!!

nothing big really comes to mind, except the bathroom was a bit small, but I had a studio room for this one night stay. I will upgrade to Executive room next time.

The room was nice and spacious and well appointed. It was great to have a little kitchenette and area to sit and eat our breakfast. The bed was also very comfortable. The hotel is also in a great location and within very easy walking distance to all the shops and local cafes. Would def stay at the Quest again.

Unfortunately, the safe in the room was broken and despite putting new batteries in, the staff were unable to fix it, which was somewhat disappointing.

The location was great, only 15mins walk from train station.There are some wonderful old buildings and pubs. The Port of Echuca Discovery Centre is only a few minutes walk and gives you great information on the history of Echuca. There are also a few river walks, the paddle boats and a coach ride. The location is also walking distance to some great eateries, cafes and pubs. Johnny and Lyle's located on High St is exceptional for breakfast. The Mill restaurant is in an old flour mill and offers share plates. The Caledonian hotel/ Motel has a lovely beer garden with fire pits.

There's nothing to dislike about the Quest hotel or Echuca itself.

Our recent stay at Quest Echuca was wonderful, as the accommodation was in a great location close to shops, restaurants, and historical sites. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The added touch of chocolate in the room was a nice surprise. The friendly staff welcomed us upon arrival and greeted us warmly every day, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Downsides were that our windows were fully frosted, limiting our view, and the on-site car park was sometimes full, requiring us to find street parking.

Quest Echuca is centrally located - very close to the Port, attractions, retail, and hospitality venues. The room was well equipped and private, with an accessible balcony. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. It was a lovely touch to arrive in our room and see a welcome gift of chocolate. I would certainly recommend staying there when in Echuca. Thank you to Brendan, Tamara and Team.

The friendly welcome after an exhausting day of travel. They went above and beyond what I had anticipated. The room was beautiful and loved the chocolates. That was a very kind touch. The location was perfection. I wish I'd had more time to explore. Loved the little sun trap outside where I waited for my family.

It was hard to find someone to help me checkout but that was done. Would have liked a map. Would have liked hand lotion.

We only had 1/2 toilet paper roll when we first checked in. We ended up only finding 1 spare roll. The parking was a bit concerning as we had to park our car on the street. The reason we were so concerned was because we own a classic bmw. Their underground car park was full. It would be good if we could pay for the parking under the hotel so we have a guaranteed spot so we are not concerned about the car being on the street.

Was upgraded to a one bedroom apartment. Staff were lovely, great location walking distance to port of echuca and restaurants,cafes and supermarket. Room had full kitchen. Bed very comfy.. Loved the pool.

The couch was uncomfortable when 2 people sitting on it...especially when your trying to relax and watch TV.. No TV in bedroom, and no air in bedroom, despite room air con on 18 degrees.. almost needed a fan in the room.. Water was way to hot in the shower took along time to get cool water and in the sink there was no cold water..sorry forgot to report it.. Still enjoyed my stay , the above issues are more suggestions. Would stay again
