The bedroom, living room and bathroom were all very large. The staff were lovely. The water was hot with good pressure. There were many comfy chairs and couches. The a/c in the bedroom was effective and very quiet.

The bed was hard. The TV's were old and small. The wifi was very slow for streaming. We were under the inpression that the wine bar would be open for dinner but it wasn't so we had to walk into the town centre for a meal, around a 5-10 minute walk. The shower was over a spa bath with quite high sides which less mobile people might struggle to step over. The a/c in the living area was effective but very noisy.

The kitchen was very well done. It has all your needs to cook up a storm if you want to. Oven, microwave, the stove you name it. The fridge was massive as well, not like the tiny fridge you get in other hotels I have been to. The balcony was really nice too with a stunning Murray River view with all the wildlife in one place. At night time the cafe/bar with the lightings downstairs made it extra special and beautiful.

The bed was too soft to our liking. A tiny bit of movement caused the mattress to shift around. The pillow was not very comfortable either to lay down. This is our only down side.

The location was great. Easy walk to town centre and yet far enough away so you you don't here the town when it's in full swing. The large outside balcony was terrific on those warm nights. The facilities were great. The rooms were large. The layout was spot on. Fully equipped kitchen. Even a dishwasher. The whole Hotel looked great, inside and out. And last but certainly not least, Julie. Your warm welcome when we got there set the mood for a great stay. Thankyou.

Some larger tall glasses would of been good. Especially for my Gin and Tonic. Cheers !

The location, outlook, building presentation, facilities in room, local features etc. are outstanding. If you want to experience the best of old Echuca, plus the natural environment including rivers, trees and forest dirt walking and cycling tracks, then this is the perfect place.

Would be hard pressed to identify any improvements overall. At most, the option to have a 'double' room include bedding that can split into two singles.

The location is excellent, walking distance to The Port and cafe etc This is a relaxing, very clean and interesting accommodation. Beautifully appointed and friendly owners.. one of a kind type . Gorgeous Gardens on the banks of the Campaspe river..

The room was lovely and large, with a separate kitchen and living space. Immaculately clean with a high level of attention to detail. Sleeping space was away from the front of the building so very quiet. Early check in was accommodated and reception staff were really helpful.

For me, the bathroom didn't work (although it had a spa bath which I'm sure some guests would love). The layout was a little unusual as a walk through between the living and sleeping spaces and there was no real bench so I needed to put my things on the floor to do hair and makeup. No acoustic privacy between the toilet and the bedroom which was OK as I was travelling alone but would have been problematic if I had my husband with me.

This is a family run Boutique Hotel and the owners who also staff the Cock and Bull are wonderful people. They made us feel right at home. Location is also great as it's only a minute walk to the Echuca Port area. Great pool and Bar with guest seating looking out over the river. Recently renovated and modernised but with quality touches of the old to match the age of the main building. Highly recommended!

Extremely comfortable great for couples retreat, close to everthing, loved the bar, had a relaxing night sipping wine and nibbles in the guest lounge with open fire, the outside courtyard with fires was a treat on a cold night. Owners were lovely and friendly and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend

Gorgeous flats and amenities, beautiful balcony overlooking the water. Arrived late for work and left early, only disappointed we didn't get to enjoy it longer! Didn't meet any staff in person, but they were very helpful in helping us check in as we arrived late.

Julie and Russell were wonderful hosts nothing was too much trouble. Ideally located for all the attractions and an easy walk into town. The bar has just been reopened and we had a drink and tapas sat in the garden area. The pool is a great bonus when returning after a day out to cool down.
