Great location and close to supermarket (across the road). Rooms were spacious and clean. Plenty of bench space for belongings in the rooms and bathroom. Like the door to the pool, and garden. Garden was well maintained and pool clean and plenty of seats and lounges. The woman at reception was friendly and loved the fact there was no check out time on the day we were leaving. We would come back here.

Only slight negative was the traffic noise as it is on a busy road. However, you soon block it out, especially when you are tired from a busy day.

River Country Inn far exceeded our expectations as a Pet Friendly hotel. The moment we walked in the room we knew how clean it was by the steamed cleaned carpets, fresh (very fresh) linen with not a bit of dust. This was our first experience travelling with the dogs who were very welcomed. An absolute delight and stress free break - thank you

Very thin walls between rooms - not the owners' fault but we could hear every conversation (assuming neighbours could hear us!)

Location and size of rooms, were fantastic. Had split system, and electric blankets. Asked for early check in and they were very accommodating

Very thin walls, could hear next door people talking and there phone alarms. The doonas were very light, hence we were cold . Room was cold, we put coats in front of door to stop cold draught coming in.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and cleanliness of the room. Considering it is Pet Friendly I was expecting it to maybe not be as clean or some traces of animal hair, but no, everything was super clean. The location was also really handy to Woolworths right across the road and the main shopping strip of Moama. Beds and pillows were also really comfy.

I liked the spacious room, which was also clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and had great pillows in plenty. The bathroom was large and well-appointed. I rarely stay in motels, but I would choose to stay here again, should I be in Moama for a short visit in the future. The proximity to the shopping centre is a big plus also.

There wasn’t anything I actively disliked. I would like to advise people though, to not be put off by the facade from the street. I was a bit dismayed at first sight, because the place looks old and a bit unprepossessing. In this case, appearances are deceiving and I was very pleasantly surprised when I walked into our room.

Wow!! River Country Inn is certainly a hidden gem. When we arrived I thought it was just another motel but once the door was opened it was so spacious and the back door opens into a secluded garden court area which also includes a good size pool , bbq area was clean and tidy. I would certainly recommend

We didn't have breakfast and the location was good.

There were lots of strange noises. I think it was coming from the laundry that was situated behind our bathroom. We also had trouble finding the motel due to the entrance being in the street behind. Once we opened the email we found it, our fault using google maps and not finding the email sooner.

we needed last minute accomodation and were able to book and check in all within 15 minutes. Late hours on reception opening hours allowed us to be able to check in and have everything confirmed with ease.

poor antennae on the TV reception. Only SBS channels were working and they were glitching.

Located in a convenient part of town, opposite fuel station, macca’s and shops. didn’t have brekky, so I can’t rate that. Water pressure excellent and hot water was instant! Bed was comfortable and my room (24) was on the quiet side of the motel, away from the highway, but a colleague informed me that the highway wasn’t too loud. my shower tap washer failed on my first morning, (normal wear and tear) and John attended to the problem immediately. My room was really big, so I wasn’t tripping over myself or my stuff.

Internet tv feed was a bit slow.

How immaculately clean it was. Modern decor, and special finishing touches that helped with using bbq area. How fast service was, very friendly owners. Attentive staff. Lovely garden and pool area.

The weird spots of Power Point's. Hard to charge phone. Cannot lay in bed and use phone.
