* Location & convenience - close to IGA, bottle shop, marina & many fishing/crabbing opportunities. * Provisions & Amenities - only place we’ve ever stayed that had scissors & a full size fridge with top mount freezer in the kitchen! Has almost everything you’d need to stay a week or more.

* Only thing missing if you were wanting to stay more than a few nights would be an oven. * Although there’s been an attempt to stop it, the shower does leak quite badly under the screen door & out onto the bathroom floor.

Brilliant location with water views. Lovely bike path and walking track across the road. Full sized fridge and roomy kitchen with dishwasher. We like to cook our own brakfast before heading out for the day. Lots of lovely small but essential touches such as cooking oil, salt and pepper and tomato sauce in the cupboard.

The units are up a flight of stairs. While we are both still mobile I think that this is important information for us baby boomers who may be slowing down a little.

Location was excellent, perfect to visit the Dolphin feeding station. Chap who welcomed us was friendly & very helpful. Apartment was clean, with necessary equipment & facilities

We were in apartment 4, equipment & furnishings were adequate, but tired. We chose it because of the location & wanting 2 rooms, but it was relatively expensive compared to the other accommodation we've had on our trip Think k the apartments are individually owned & locally managed - so other units might be better or worse

Such a calm, relaxing, quiet and friendly place. We loved the pool (although it needed a skim at times). Was so great to just pop out and cool off. The view of the bay from our balcony was just wonderful. The people in the front office were so kind and easy to talk to.

The only thing we missed out on was the TV having Foxtel or casting capabilities - it wouldn't even let us hook up our hard drive. A small thing really that didn't impact us that much.

I love that its Close to food, coffee, and the dolphin feeding. The room is perfect for byo and cooking ( due to allergies) this helps greatly for us. Beautiful location and pool. It rained so the dryer was a blessing!

It smells an awful lot like smoke, and many people were smoking onsite and im super sensitive to this. Due to the rain, coming home my jumper smells of ash. Beds are not comfortable but okay. Couldn't get anything but Free to air TV ( which isnt the end of the world) claims to have foxtel?

The hotel is right across the Tin Can Bay and it has a great view. The apartment is spacious and the kitchen is large. We enjoy our breakfast on the balcony of the apartment, and it is relaxing and wonderful.

The decoration of the apartment is not great, and the wi-fi connection is poor. You need to constantly move to find a good spot, which is annoying.

The Managers are really lovely people and made us feel welcome from the minute we arrived. The apartment was well appointed and had a nice view overlooking the pool and to the waterfront. Everything we needed was in walkable distance which was handy.

The only thing that could have been slightly better is the cooktop we are a family of 4 and there was only two hotplates. I guess it wasn't that much of a problem because we did a majority of the cooking on the BBQ.

This was a very convenient, clean, quiet and comfortable stay for our family of two kids enjoying tin can bay and rainbow beach for the long weekend. We enjoyed the closeness of the cafe’s, the fishing, beautiful water views, riding our bikes along the footpath and feeding the dolphins. Then headed into rainbow for the beach, some lunch and sand boarding down the blow hole. Thank you we would recommend to anyone looking for a affordable convenient getaway to the Fraser coast 😃🎣🚴‍♀️🐬🌈🏖️🏂

Not a lot, the pillows were maybe a bit soft and flat for my linking and couch was okay but a tad hard. Oh and the fan in the kids room was only a speed not on or fast we couldn’t have it just on a slow breeze but we didn’t overly need it for this time of year

Spacious and comfortable apartment with a lovely view and everything you need. Easy walking distance to great parks, cafe, supermarket and dolphin feeding. Very friendly hosts and always happy to help.

Mostly positive. Constructive suggestions would be to dim the outside lights at night and upgrade to a smart TV. More crockery so you can use the dishwasher. We appreciated the DVD collection available. The pool was freezing (September).

This property was very well priced at peak holiday season and although small was comfortable for our family of 4. We were in a room at the back and it was nice a quiet. The owners went over and above to return some property to us that was left behind

The outdoor area is not covered, so can't sit outside in the middle of the day or if it's raining.
