On arrival we were greeted with very welcoming and friendly service, had a nice chat. Richard remembered our messages regarding 1 less night then what was originally booked and ensured we were only charged the nights we were staying - thanks Richard! Once in our room we were extremely impressed with the cleanliness, can tell they put a lot of time into ensuring guests are comfortable for their stay. Although we didn’t have a swim in the pool, we saw a very clean area for swimming and just hanging out in the lovely green gardens nearby. Very impressed with the hotel, would highly recommend to others looking to stay in Tin Can Bay.

Not much to say in this area, only thing I’d comment on is the gravel being slightly noisy when driven on for parking but very manageable.

Location was good and the property was spotlessly clean. The owners were very pleasant. It was a Motel and ticked all the boxes as such. An oven or hob would have been nice but I guess they are not usual in a Motel. There was a microwave, kettle, bbq, and coffee pot. An electric frying pan was also available from reception.

Spotless and very well maintained motel. From beautifully manicured gardens to impeccably clean rooms. We stayed there for three nights. The towels were replaced and supplies topped up after two days, including pool towels. Plenty of fresh milk was a lovely touch which was also topped up. Guest laundry with two washing machines and two dryers is available for guests and the best of all - the ice making machine with plenty of ice!

great pool for the kids to have a quick dip. gentleman at reception was lovely and ran some towels out to us when we went to the pool (he probably wasn't expecting it as it was peeing down rain). very clean and comfy rooms, we were 1a2c and had a single and double bed, the kids shared and had heaps of space. TV, kitchenette, comfy beds, nice shower. perfect stop if you're planning on doing the dolphins feeding on your road trip.

We were running late and unfortunately were having issues with our phones, as the reception would be closed upon our arrival the team kindly reached out and informed us how we could check in when we arrived. We were unable to inform the staff so we were extremely grateful they thought ahead and prepared for us.

We wouldn’t have any changes. Everything was as we expected and we had no issues.

the location was surrounded by lovely gardens, it was peaceful and relaxing. The king room was spacious and welcoming. The kitchenette was most appreciated.

The only down side was the shower head was not very forthcoming with even water spray, being old and the water took a long time to come through therefore a bit of water wastage sadly . everything else was absolutely excellent and I cannot emphasise that enough .

The room met our expectations. The bed & pillows were comfy. The fridge freezer was a decent size, especially the freezer, & it worked well. We were able to freeze our ice bricks in preparation for the next day out & about all day. The grounds & gardens are immaculate. Lovely to look out onto.

The room deodoriser was a bit overpowering when you 1st step into the room. We turned on the air conditioning & after a while the scent soon seemed to dissipate.

Clean and comfortable unit, reasonably priced. Great for a couple but room can sleep up to four, so last minute extra guests can be added if necessary. Note that all beds are in the one room though. Second time we've stayed here and will be back again next year.

Bathroom is small and a bit tired, but not much to complain about really.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. I drive a long disability van and got a very handy parking space allocated.the pool was lovely. My bed was very comfortable. Plenty of coffee, milk and biscuits to revive a tired traveler.

There was water leaking out under the refrigerator towards the bathroom door. The room was a bit noisy, there must have been a laundry closet by. A few times a bad smell came out of the pipes. They must have a plumbing issue somewhere.

Beautifully presented room which exceeded our expectations! It was immaculately clean, very spacious and the beds were so comfortable! The pool area was absolutely gorgeous and so inviting on a warm afternoon, we loved our entire stay. The staff were absolutely lovely, a big friendly smile upon check in was so welcoming and greatly appreciated after a day of travel. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
