The location is great, as are the facilities. We love having enough space for our big family. This is our second time staying there and we always recommend it. The ease of check-in is fantastic for late arrivals.

A little extra light would be good when we are getting ready for an event and using multiple mirrors throughout the unit, eg. in the living/dining area. A sheer curtain on the main bedroom wall, in front of the blinds would help with noise from the road and rowdy neighboring properties.

The unit was beautifully furnished, it was absolutely immaculate. Not a corner of the unit has any dirt on it at all, tops of tiles were clean and everything shined, amazing little unit!

There's nothing we didn't like. If spotless and comfortable beds and beautiful bathrooms are not your thing, then I guess don't stay here. If you appreciate true cleanliness and comfort and all the little decor extras then this is for you. Even the spare toilet roll was in a little gold drawstring bag, adorable.

The location was very handy. The actual room was a little smaller than the pictures portrayed but not a big issue.

The only downside was the lights over the bed were flickering so we unable to turn them on but the bedside lamps were adequate. The check in was a little odd - having to go to the property next door but the woman who checked us in was very pleasant.

Loved that Kylie sent us a text to let us know our room was ready 2 hrs earlier than the 2 pm check-in time. The Business Suite was absolutely superb, with every possible requirement met with great style and comfort. We couldn't find one thing they hadn't thought to include, and they included many things we wouldn't even think we required. Kylie suggested we go round the corner to the Garden Centre for breakfast - so good, with the most incredible gift shopping and glorious plants and flowers.

There was absolutely nothing we didn't like.

I love the room it was amazing it had its own kitchen almost full kitchen it had a bar fridge which most places do but it was just exceptional the layout it was planned well thought out rather than an old room it was a very Lux bedroom but all the amenities couldn't ask for much more than that and the price well that was fantastic I hope I get that price again

This places often booked out so it's hard to get in there

The apartment was perfect for our group of 3 adults & a 1 year old. Having washing + cooking facilities was great. Hosts were very easy going & understanding of how our schedule worked with a baby & had no issue accommodating different timings for room servicing. Very convenient location, walking distant to supermarket, parks & the main shopping area.

The wi-if connection was a bit patchy & signal strength not great - however as I was on vacation it wasn’t a major issue, but could be a concern for anyone that needed to work while travelling. I suspect it is more related to the Internet Service Provider, than the on-site network.

A boutique facility that provides well appointed rooms that are very comfortable. If you are looking for a location where you aren't in a pub or larger motel in Warwick this is a great option.

There was a little noise from the road that could be a problem if windows are open. The connection with the site office was a little difficult.

What a delight staying at this beautiful room. The room was clean, very stylish presented and comfortable. The bed was warm and cozy as it was only 2 degrees outside. The bathroom was spacious and clean with lovely soap. The kitchenette really catered for everything from wine to coffee & tea. Thank you for a lovely stay, I will be back!

Boutique style accommodation in a convenient location close to shopping and dining options. The room was clean, spacious with luxe furniture and fittings. The bed was so comfortable I wanted to stay an extra night!

It was faultless. I'll be back!

The whole stay was luxurious, from beautiful furnishings, really warm comfortable bedding and a very comfortable couch. We didn't want to leave the room. We will definitely stay there again!

The only down side was the coffee pods didn't fit the coffee machine that was in the room.
