The room was modernized recently, and the owners chose to use modern color scheme we could have been in a new building. location a short walk to center of town plenty of places to eat good food at the pubs, attractions to see if you want or do nothing maybe see a movie just up the rd.

we found the bed comfy but not as soft as ours. Sadly, right on the main hwy so plenty traffic and noise but the room was reasonable noise wise to be expected

The room was very comfortable and large. PLenty of space for a small sitting area AND a little dining table with seating for 2. The location was ideal - walking distanced to many eateries. The room had a coffee machine with pods - we enjoyed that very much.

Be aware that there may be some road noise until dark - but it didn't bother us overnight - farly quiet.

Friendly staff. The room was basic and dated but it suited us for the night. The beds were very comfortable and there is a variety of food take away options within walking distance, which was very convenient. Our room was towards the back of the premises, so we didn't hear the traffic very often from the main road. The pool area looked nice but we didn't go in.

Nice tidy option with a very good location just a block away from the main street and conveniently located on the main road into (and out of) town. Nice clean room with plenty of space and all the amenties you'd expect for this price. Would recommend - great for an overnighter.

There was nothing I didn't like; I liked this hotel and would stay here again if I came to Warwick again.

No meals to rooms or restaurant for either dinner or breakfast, but the rooms were spotless and smelt wonderful. And there was a facewasher and handtowel for both of us with our towels - bonus!

Not much to change - access in one way and access out the other so no problem although you think it's going to be when you first drive in - Definitely not a problem and we had a Ford Ranger Dual Cab Ute.

Minor things... Seat outside room needs repairing/replacing Nothing to wash dishes with, eg. Wash liquid, Brush & cloth to wipe surfaces after drink & food prep Replacement tea towel missed during service Maybe some paper towels (just a thought for keeping microvave clean from spills) Felt little exposed in bed in main room as blinds didnt feel private enough when lights on

Overnight rate was competitive for the level of facilities provided. The coffee machine provided in the rooms is a great idea and it was good to see an adequate amount of milk supplied, plus the cutlery and crockery were hygienically wrapped as well. Most motels dont go to this level of service, which is why we will be coming back. Mother and daughter owners very friendly and the booking in process was polite and efficient. Beds very comfortable - shower was decent size with soap supplied.

The only improvement was that the freezer was iced up - needed defrosting.

The hospitality of the staff is one of the many highlights of staying at this location. They made the extra effort to accommodate my partner after previously booking for just myself, and upgraded my experience free of charge. The staff ensured my room would be available for me at an earlier check-in time due to my travelling circumstances, which was a huge help.

The location and price. The beds were comfy, air con worked well, and had all amenities that you would expect in a motel room.

The shower head was a dribble of water coming out. The connecting room for the kids did not have an air conditioner and felt stuffy as there was only 1 small window high up.

Easy to find, plenty of room for parking. The room was clean, reasonably comfortable and the area was quiet. Would recommend for the overnight stay, great spot for a refresh and rest.

The shower head might need replacing, shower was hot which was great but the shower head wasn't very pleasing to be under, just a minor thing.
