Lovely clean, spacious and modern rooms. Double glazing kept the noise down to a minimum. The bed was excellent and the shower delivered a nice hot and consistent water supply, although the water saving showerhead was not my favourite. The Bar and Restaurant was an added bonus and the staff were polite and courteous. We were really looking forward to using the pool but Queensland did not deliver on the weather this time so that will have to wait until next time.

You are a little out of town if you are looking to go to other shops or food outlets on foot but this was no issue for us as we drove to Warwick. There is a bakery and convenience store in walking distance if you really need anything. The only suggestion we would have is the advisability of having marked parking spots for each room. The Restaurant is open to the public and the most convenient parking is in front of the guests rooms, so coming in during a busy time can mean you cant get a park in front of your room. Don't want to use a dirt overflow carpark in rainy weather sorry.

This was a last minute booking and we travelled as a family of two adults and three children under 10. We were lucky enough to get placed in on of a few Apartments across the road from the Main accommodation. The apartments was two story and a great size. We only stayed one night as we were in Warwick for an event - checking in last and checking out early its a shame we couldn't stay longer. The gentleman that checked us in around 5.45pm was very helpful, friendly and thorough. Given it was a last minute booking I didn't stipulate any additional bedding requirements but they had a trundle set up in the main bedroom so i'm assuming they may have had a look at the childrens ages and set this up just in case. Standard is one kind bed and two singles and often places will just leave additional bedding for a sofa bed so the fact someone took initiative to set up the trundle I thought was very thoughtful and was perfect for our 5 year old.

Good sized apartment that had everything you would need if staying for an extended period of time. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Easy to find and close to amenities.

The apartment we had was right on the main road and road noise was a little annoying when trying to sleep at night. A lot of trucks as it’s on the main road. Could have some window furnishings in the bathroom as although the bathroom was on the second floor we felt slightly exposed as there was no frosting or anything on the glass.

Such a lovely place to stay. Good location, good size rooms, quiet, very enjoyable. We have stayed a number of times and will stay here again. THE BEDS ARE SO COMFORTABLE. The room service is prompt and they make a great breakfast. The restaurant onsite is a quality place to eat and comfortable. Happy hour is a nice relaxing option after travelling.

The restaurant onsite has limited meals unless you want steak. The other meals offered were kind of too fancy and unusual e.g. quail. Some easier meals e.g. pasta to choose after travelling would have been great, just a suggestion.

We loved the bed except we kept falling in to the middle. Our rooms were on the top level and the stairs were a bit of an obstacle for my elderly parents but we did ok. 8We had the adjoining rooms 24A & 24B. The bathroom fan needs to be fixed and the shower head was fixed which made it really awkward to assist my disabled daughter with her showering.

Comfortable clean cosy and spacious room with everything you would expect. Thank you for allowing early check in so my husband could get ready in time for sound check for performance at Town Hall Jumpers and Jazz. Would love to have tried the restaurant… but clashed with his event. Next time.

The bathroom needed some basic maintenance and repairs eg hand towel hook was just hanging on!

Excellent quality hotel for such a small city. Great location on the main road. Comfortable and spacious bedroom. We were there in winter yet we were cozy and warm. Lots of hot water and reliable shower pressure. Good wifi signal in the rooms. Lots of spaces to park our car although sometimes it may not be immediately opposite our room.

It was hard to find the entrance driveway at first as it is small and not well marked. We eventually got used to it and found our own entry points into the car park area and our room (hint: there is a vacant block next door which you can drive into and park). Lighting in the bedroom is a bit low for reading at night, could do with a bedside reading light.

Everything very clean and well looked after. No chairs/table to use outside of room. Staff friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Couple who manage motel are very helpful and understanding. Excellent PR people.

No where to sit outside of motel room. Had to use inside unit table.. Lovely day and should have been able to enjoy a drink outside instead of room

Receptionist was friendly and even made effort to contact us after we have checked out and left supplements in the fridge. Not many will take such initiative by calling the cafe that she recommended to reach us.

Breakfast arrangement is such that you have to place order by 7pm for the next day and only served in your room by 8am. One with injured back & another stiff shoulders, hard time carrying the luggage up the stairs.

The beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious. The spa bath and bathroom all good

Could have done with a few more glasses and mugs. No bathroom toiletries except bars of soap. Shampoo and conditioner and body wash would have been good. Lovely pool for our grandchildren. Staff were very happy to supply us with ice on request.
