Absolutely loved the bed, easily the comfiest motel bed I've ever slept in. The room was modern, clean, a good size and comfortable

The only negative for me was being placed in a room directly next to a very busy and very loud dining area, like I'm talking my door was less than five metres from families having dinner and the sound was very loud inside the room. I asked for another room and was given one further away which definitely saved the whole experience, especially as later on in the night, people who were drinking in the pub were hanging around right outside the door of the first room I was given smoking and talking for most of the night. Other than that, the room and facilities exceeded expectations, and the staff were very friendly and understanding.

Loved he friendliness and helpfulness of all staff - check-in, the cleaner and the restaurant staff. Attitude is everything in making people feel relaxed and welcome and they all did it without exception. Thank you. The mattress and pillows were a big surprise - sooo comfortable. Having cold water in the fridge after a long, hot drive was also a bonus. Air con worked well on a very hot day. Good pub food at hotel restaurant.

On first entry, the room had a hot, stale smell, making me want to keep the door open even in the heat. However that dissipated quickly with the air conditioning.

Great place to stay in Warwick. Pretty central and good food at the pub. It's the 3rd time I have stayed here, and it is my go-to location for Warwick. For those that travel and need power points for sleep machines this place is perfect. Double power point next to each side of the bed as well as a USB charging point.

Like to spend 2 nights there :-). Be aware of how you park in your allocated spot. It's drive in forward but if you get a flat battery, it makes it a challenge for the RACQ to get to your battery if there are cars either side. This is just a personal comment.

The Family suite 35 was very large and comfortable. There is a bathroom, bedroom with 2x double beds (or queen, not sure), and a kitchen/dining/living room which were recently & very well refurbished, clean/tidy. The massive space was an unexpected surprise. New electrical appliances such as 2x large TV's, 2x air conditioners, new full-size fridge, microwave, new oven never used, stove etc.

There were 2 AC units in this Family suite (1 in the Kitchen/Dining/Living room and another in the bedroom). Unfortunately, the one in the bedroom did not turn to Heat despite countless efforts to try figure it out - gave up in the end. But the other AC unit in the other kitchen/dining/living room heated perfectly. As the Family suite is right next to the Bistro / Bar, you can hear their patrons & TV's etc. until closing time.. but we didn't mind it too much as it wasn't very loud and the high standard suite made up for it.

The property was beautiful. Nice & clean. Very modern family apartment. Beds were very comfortable to sleep on & it was handy having the sofa bed in the lounge too.

If you don’t like noise then this place might not be for you. There was abit of noise coming from the pub Saturday night. It probably wasn’t until 2am that it was quiet but honestly I wasn’t too bothered by it. I’ve got 4 kids so they make heaps of noise🤣 There was a lot of racquet Monday morning when we checked out. Think there was Reno’s or something happening which we heard from probably 7am onwards but being Monday & a work day, we understood.

The meal at the restaurant was great. I’m coeliac and had no problems after the meal. It was delicious 🤤

Some mould in the shower 🙃 No after hours ph no. for old ladies to call after they had locked their phone in the unit with the key. Fortunately the Pilice were able to contact the manager, James & he came and unlocked the door. I think you need to advertise an after hours contact 😁

Clean, modern facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. Great having the bar/restaurant apart of the complex. Surprising wasn’t any noise from the bar late at night. I was originally given a room downstairs but I was kindly moved to a room upstairs which was a lot quieter as you didn’t have the noise of cars driving and parking close to rooms.

Shower leaked water all over the floor. The exhaust fan did dry it pretty quickly though.

Everything, from how easy it was to book to the last detail in our room. It was clean, beautifully decorated and the beds were super super comfortable. One thing I loved was the size of the mugs😁, big enough for a nice cuppa rather than the usually small ones. Room service was the icing on the cake. Thank you and keep it up👍

Stayed here because the family had Christmas lunch booked at associated hotel. Staff were amazing for our stay. Reception, bar, restaurant staff, all of them. Our room was the apartment which was modern and comfortable with a full size kitchen. A lot of our family stayed in a variety of rooms for a few days and we all enjoyed it.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and most importantly the bed was comfortable! Can't ask for anything more, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back here. It's located in a very convenient location next to all the shops you need.

Nothing i could fault, it was a very enjoyable stay!
