This property is new and a short stroll from the beach. It’s very clean, good bathroom with a water saving shower head. We stayed for 8 days and the apartment was serviced after 3 nights. Good washing machine and dryer. Sound proofed. Air-conditioned and fan over bed which is necessary on a busy road. We were there for New Year’s Eve and Semaphore puts on a fireworks show from the pier at 9:30 and midnight.something different to view from the beach. Open parking spot out the back. Wouldn’t want a big car! Good security for the building, have to have fob to access lift etc. Check in easy - get code to a locked box which releases fob at entrance to the unit.

Minimal supplies of kitchen gear. No cling wrap etc. Aldi crockery and cutlery and mainly empty cupboards. The one bedroom unit is more of a motel room. The size was a bit of a shock. It’s very small. Frosted glass divider only between bed and very small living area which doesn’t have a door and doesn’t go all the way to ceiling. Noisy if one person goes to bed while the other has the tv on.

Need to be in the Port Adelaide area every couple months and this apartment was great. It is really funky and brand new. My new happy place in Adelaide. Just parked my ute at the back carpark and then took the lift straight to my apartment. The bed is the most comfortable i've ever slept on. Even though it was a short stay, I can see myself staying here for a while when our main work contact starts. Also I liked the fact that I could just walk to the supermarket and restaurants. Have told my colleagues to come to this hotel from now on.

The location was amazing! The apartments felt really safe with everything having to be unlocked with the room key. The ammenities and room were great!

The bed and pillows were truely uncomfortable. We had back and neck pain from sleeping. The pillows were thin, the doona was fake, with sheets and a blanket being the insert. The couch was just as uncomfortable. It was a shame due to the rest of the apartment being nice.

The property was the new second location for Semaphore Splash Apartments and was in a great location.

We had checked the reviews and photos but weren’t really aware that most related to the original location. The size of the one bedroom apartments were very compact and there were a few issues with the shower not draining properly, the key locks were difficult to navigate and it was disappointing that we needed to evacuate on the first night as someone cooked a steak which triggered the alarms.

When my car got dirty water through on my car it when to was parked in the car park below, the cleaner throughout the dirty water after she clean the apartment above onto my car, I was not happy, I don't damage your property, so I don't want my property to be damage .

Emmanuel was extremely helpful and efficient. On the first night I noted that there was no blind or curtain on the master bedroom window. I mentioned it to Emmanuel the next morning and he arranged for a maintenance man to come the next day and installed a black out curtain. Excellent service and very much appreciated!

There were no cleaning products in the apartment, we wanted some toilet cleaner/bleach and some disinfectant spray. Also, 2 toilet rolls in the master en suite wasn't enough for a 7 night stay we ran out after 4 days and had to buy more.

Location was great. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and looking out at the view. The apartment was very secure with a keycard lift. We stayed in the penthouse and loved how spacious it was. Would definitely come back and stay at Semaphore Splash.

Other apartment doors would slam very loudly, could be heard from inside the apartment. Needed a few more basics, ie, aluminium foil, cling wrap, platters, bread knife. Downstairs bathroom unfortunately smelt like sewerage, we had the door closed the whole time.

Nice, clean, spacious apartment that suited our needs. Comvenient location.

Large spacious apartment, kitchen and laundry on site. 2 balconies. Entrance from main street with lots of nearby shops and places to eat.

Nothing of note

Enjoyed my stay. Modern layout with washing machine and dryer. Fast wifi. Easy check in procedure. Would definitely stay again.

Finding car park was a bit tricky until I realised it was down the side street.
