I stayed in a queen room, and my elderly mother had the accessible room. Both rooms were exceptionally clean, warm and comfortable. The accessible room, was the best she's stayed in. Very roomy, with not only table and chairs, but also a small comfortable sofa. The bathroom was perfect! Lots of grab rails, with no step into the shower. A shower chair and over-toilet seat were supplied, which was very much appreciated. More than enough tea, coffee and milk, plus biscuits. Having a microwave in the room was handy. Very quiet rooms. Stuart, in reception, could not have been more helpful, he was an absolute gem who rates 10/10 from us. We highly recommend Hepburn Springs Motor Inn and will definitely be back.

Could not fault a thing

Large rooms, clean and bed comfortable- cutlery, crockery and microwave. Bathroom spacious. Easy drive to Daylesford and all the great shops including the Amazing Mill. Hepburn Springs and Spa a couple of minutes drive. Restaurants and general store within walking distance. Parking out front of room. Great value for money. My second stay here and would book again.

Room not serviced daily which is fine with me but worth enquiring about if you prefer this

Lovely large room comfy bed crockery and utensils for use with microwave. Manager (Stewart) very amenable and obliging for change of room and late check out. Excellent value for the price

Unfortunately I had more than one device to be charged and there was only one connection available at the bench as tv fridge etc used up the other switches. No bedside switches. I had to use the bathroom switch. I would suggest a power board be added at the bench.

Great location in the small town of Hepburn Springs and only 3kms from Daylesford. Restaurants and cafes with short walking distance. Room had a toaster, kettle, microwave, cutlery and crockery. Had dinner table and 3 chairs. Beds very comfortable.

One single bed (Room 8) electric blanket didn't work. Although we had cutlery and crockery to make our breakfast, washing up detergent and cloth was not provided.

Great location, only a short few minutes drive into Daylesford. Nice walk in the hepburn mineral springs reserve located a minute walk away from motel. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. Room was clean & tidy with tea & coffee making facilities. Nice added touch of a bottle of cold water in the fridge. Complimentary toiletries. Good TV in room, with access to netflix etc. Free WiFi available. Staff were very friendly & welcoming. Would definitely stay again.

Host was really nice, check in was super easy, Room was really clean and specious, beds were comfortable And omg i luved the water pressure in the shower,it felt like you just had a massage once you got out..

The pub near by was closed down and It was a bit of a drive into town to the restaurants and stores We spent all day in Daylesford ,because nothing was opened near the accommodation But it was a Sunday we stayed, so that was most likely the reason nothing was opened..

we have stayed at this motel before and it is good value for money with cafe and restaurants nearby. The parking is adequate inside the premises but when busy can be awkward. Significant number of rooms upstairs but can be easily accessed from walkway in Upper car park.

We stayed for 3 nights. On the first morning our room was not cleaned/no fresh towels left. Our towels had been left on bathroom floor ad per sign in the bathroom. When I queried staff I was advised rooms cleaned every second day however I was provided with fresh clean towels on request. I note that on earlier stays we had rooms cleaned each day.

I loved the fresh country air. The location was central and quite. Terrific free laundry facilities.

Unfortunately reception is unmanned. So there is no welcome upon arrival or farewell. I wasn't aware of this until my arrival. In such a beautiful country area I found this a sad approach.

It was in a great location, easy check in, the room was clean and spacious, the bathroom had what was needed.

We could hear noise from water pipes etc when another room next to us used the bathroom. The powerpoints were behind the bed so we had to move the mattress out from the bedhead to use them, which meant we had to put a cushion in between the bedhead and the bed as there was a gap. The towels were very hard and not nice to use.

Considering the price $211, the Motel provides absolutely everything you need for the stay. You can find some complimentary tea bags, milk and biscuits in the fridge, a bottle of cold water prepared beforehand or complimentary shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom. A microwave in the room is also nice if you want to heat up food.

- Bed is comfortable but old. You can feel the strings from the mattress. - Few power sockets in the room. You might run into problems if you have lots of devices that needed to be charged.
