Maddie was great when checking us in. Offered us an upgrade to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. Room was fantastic, except for one small thing - the toilet lighting during the middle of the night could be improved. Breakfast was great. Gardens around facility were wonderful.

Breakfast staff could smile a little bit. Very tasked focused.

We spent three nights at the hotel with my wife. We liked it overall. The parking area is small, but there was always a free spot available. We enjoyed the small but beautiful park on the premises. The breakfasts were also great. The restaurant staff was very attentive—thank you to all of them for their excellent service. The reception staff was also outstanding. We visited the spa center, and everything there was very good as well. Overall, we're happy we chose this hotel!

The only minor inconvenience was the noise, which I assume came from the spa center's pump.

We really enjoy staying at Peppers Hepburn Springs. We experienced the garden room this time and it was lovely, cosy and clean. The breakfast was very enjoyable and one of the reasons we returned. The Argus Dining Room is such a lovely space, and the service and food is very good quality. We also visited the Mineral Spa again which is very relaxing.

Its difficult to find fault. If I had to be really picky, it would be that there was no complimentary drinking water in the room so if you needed water in the middle of the night, you had to resort to tap water or pay for a bottle of sparkling water from the mini bar.

Clean and comfy garden room with everything we needed for a couple of night's stay. Lovely gardens and Spa. Enjoyed the asthetics of the hotel and general ambience. It was very quiet when we stayed and just what we needed to relax.

Information on local walks to Hepburn Springs were a bit lacking, and actually we found a lovely walk up to Jackson's Lookout and to Golden Spring through tracks in the woodland (Mineral Reserve). It was a loop walk, back on the road down to the visitor car park but this wasn't apparent in any of the literature we read and we were almost put off doing it in case we got lost - but Google Maps helped and some information on the Victoria Parks website. It would be great to have more information and maps - walking trail info etc.

Mineral Springs Hotel was superb. From the moment we stepped inside the grand reception and were greeted by a friendly staff member until check-out (with us appreciating the later 11.00 am check-out), it was beyond our expectations. We were surprised by the lovely gardens and enjoyed exploring them. We enjoyed every moment and we will definitely be back again! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We would have liked to spend more than one night there as there were plenty of things to do and we would have liked to have some time to just relax in our room or the lovely hotel gardens rather than being busy exploring the local area (where there was plenty to do).

Our stay at Mineral springs was incredible. We went for our anniversary and stayed for two nights. We were greeted with prosecco on arrival and our room was upgraded to a villa that had a gorgeous spa bath. We had a beautiful meal one of the nights in The Argus and the bar was so cosy to have a cocktail in. We visited the spa and both agreed it was one of the best massages we’d ever had. From start to finish, our stay was amazing. We felt so relaxed and enjoyed every minute of anniversary weekend. It felt so special. We will definitely be back. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

The service was incredible. All the staff were so friendly, helpful and super accommodating. Breakfast was delicious, the room was very comfortable, and it felt like a home away from home. The location is great with many places to walk to nearby but is still away from the bustle of Daylesford. The hotel has a delightful old-world charm about it and the architecture and interior design was lovely throughout. I loved that the check in process was inviting and unlike the normal 'check-in-counter' that you get at most hotels. The staff took their time in showing us around and recommending some sight-seeing options.

We had a very warm welcome. One of the staff members called us to check the time of our arrival as they had bubbles waiting for us. The check-in was very easy. They explained everything we needed to know. We had dinner at the restaurant and we were so impressed with the beetroot and the fish. The room was clean and tidy with a spa bath with a beautiful garden view. The next day, we had a long session at the spa and OMG! What a great experience. Thank you very much, guys. We will definitely come back.

We liked everything.

Buffet style breakfast was fabulous. Great selection of foods, although was expecting a hot chef cooked breakfast as advertised but this was just as good. Eggs took a bit long to cook and general restockage of food, but considering the short staff this was understandable. The room was fabulous and so was the spa - we were missing some slippers and felt the amount of tissues and toilet paper was a bit lacking but this was quickly fixed with the prompt reception service.

Ants in the room unfortunately, there was a lot of bug spray in the room which suggests that this is a common feedback point. Quickly sorted with a quick clean but unfortunate that it wasn't addressed prior to arrival.

Staff were excellent,grounds in general were excellent,breakfasts were good,housekeeping was also very prompt and good.

Very surprised by bar hours as it would of been nice to relax after lunch in and around the garden areas etc with a drink to celebrate a long awaited rest but not open until very late afternoon and no service at all on Sunday. Our 3 night stay was a touch under $1200 and the room although clean only had a view of a roof and it was very average for the price and wouldn't say it was as descibed in being"superior". No restaurant opening hours on Sunday meant find something open if you can. Little to offer in way of amenties apart from the relativity expensive spa treatments.
