upon arrival we where meet with a warm smile and bubbly personality of lea which you don't get very often , room was clean, comfortable and spacious, being picky the toilet area was a bit small for me being a bigger than average man. refreshments selection available was above average even had Tim Tam biscuits what a bonus, buckets outside the room filled that you could use to clean your windscreen . Have never seen this before . Congratulations on a top notch facility you have made . Highly recommend this Central Highlands Motor Inn to everyone who is going to stay in Kyneton
Nothing comes to mind

Friendly greeting on arrival. The room was spacious and exceptionally clean. It had all the facilities you'd need, such as fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, microwave oven, complimentary tea, coffee, bottled water and snacks. The bed was comfortable, with extra blankets and pillows in the cupboard if required. There was a comfortable sitting area and a nice, long bench. Easy walking distance to the shops, and a petrol station not too far down the road.We were just passing through, but would definitely return for a longer stay.
Nothing to dislike.

I loved the location as we came for the Antique Fair which was next door. I was delighted that the Daffodil Festival was also on, how fantastic. The town has put on an amazing effort to make every visit enjoyable. I found that some of the locals who may not love us tourists could improve their customer service skills at Home Grown cafe, where my sisters coffee had to be made 3 times before she got what she ordered. Grist Cafe does a roaring trade but is a grimy under staffed place. They do make a nice eclair, though. We had a great stay even with bad weather. Lovely meal at the Albion Hotel. I will be back x
Some poor coffees, and maybe due to staffing shortages several places close a bit early at what I consider afternoon tea time, 3pm. No real issues. Poor weather, so who can control that...

The staff are very helpful, and the rooms are fairly good for the money. The location is ok, as well as the rooms have car window washer buckets and cleaners at each room to help de-ice your car windows in the morning, which is really helpful, as it does get cold in winter, so a great little touch
over all the motel is ok, not a lot to complain about really, if you have a large car, ute or other maneuvering can be tigh,t but not the worst i have had

Thoroughly recommend. Everything was spotlessly clean, showers hot and bed very comfortable. Little extra touches, like small bottles of fresh milk, Tim Tams, cookies and mentos were all really appreciated, along with info re motel and local restaurants etc. Great location to main areas, and nice and quiet for sleeping. Pretty garden area tucked away down the back. Parking spot with each unit, TV and reverse cycle work perfectly. Owners very approachable and welcoming, very friendly! Thanks!! Had a lovely 2 nights R and R x Great stay and great to meet you.
Nothing to actually dislike here! As said in the info package in the rooms, the motel is an older building. There are small signs of some work being done and a bit of titivation to go... if being picky, you'll notice painting still to go where door handles or curtains have been renewed etc. . but very superficial things. Would have loved a footrest with the couch to put feet up... but found that the fold out "case holder'"was the right height! For all the pros of this place that soaks in to you, nothing really to dislike!

This Motor Inn is set up like many motels, as a line of units, but is much better than most. The room is large, the staff left the heating on in the room as we were a late check-in on a very cold weekend. It has all the facilities we needed: kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, mugs, and supplies of tea, coffee, fresh milk, biscuits and Tim Tams; what else could you ask for.
Nothing

This Motel is not new by any means and we would expect it might be more than 40 yrs old. Having said this it has been maintained very well and upgraded within the confines of the design which was very much the design prevalent in the 70's and 80's. In the older style of motel design this is a stunning property.
Accepting the vintage of the build there was nothing to dislike.

Very clean and comfortable bed and pillows. Nice to have fresh full cream milk supplied and tim tams! Also the plates and cutlery were handy as we stayed for 3 nights. Great to have the bucket of water and squeechy supplied to clean the car windows! Nice staff. Thankyou.
Needs a fresh paint and re tling of bathroom area. Needs a small paring knife to go with the small chopping board.

I think the rooms were very neat and functional. Great little thoughts - iron, ironing board, fresh milk, complementary bottled water, and more. Just very well thought out and everything was well explained. Staff were wonderful, location excellent, Comfortable, quiet, and value for money. Motel is not new, and has been well updated.
Not sure. I really like the personal touch and easy way things were explained.
