The room was spacious, comfortable --- best pillow I've had in a long time (I like foam, not feathers, and it was a nicely-stuffed volume). That the sink was part of the bedroom (not part of the bathroom) was a nice change in that it allowed one person to be getting ready for the day and not get steamed/hot while the other took a shower.

The toiletries (soap/conditioner/shampoo) is located OUTSIDE the shower facility; so every time you need to access one, you need to open the shower door and reach outside. This removes the warmth of the shower as well as spreads water on the floor. There is clearly enough room in the shower stall itself to have installed these toiletries within the shower itself, so it's unclear why it was installed in such an inconvenient location.

The room was super clean and we loved that we could see the beach and have an outlook to the greenery, we loved how close it was to the beach and the location to the main strip of shops. Breakfast was lovely and we enjoyed trying all the different foods. It’s such a great place for a family and we will definitely be coming back again. The venue gave us a complementary 0% alcohol wine and a lovely card due to us celebrating my pregnancy and a trip before the baby is born. We felt very well looked after. Loved every minute.

We stayed in a Heritage style room. Tea & Coffee making and mini fridge were helpful. Great bed, slept well. Breakfast in the onsite restaurant had a great selection and was included in our rate. Fabulous amount of activities including indoor swimming pool, gym, table tennis, tennis, chess and other lawn games. Park the car and leave for the entire stay as everything is in walking distance in the township.

We didn't like the wash basin in the bedroom area. Limited area to dry our beach towels etc. Saturday night we were woken up a few times by other guests in the corridor, coming home from a night out. All minor issues.

Great location near to the beach and other facilities (shops, restaurants, parks etc). Clean room with nice quality bedding and towels. Use of washing machine and drier included in the price of the room which was really helpful. The apartment was nice and light with nice views of the gardens and tennis courts.

A few of facilities were a little tired in the room (bathroom tiles , cooker) Lots of windows, which, was great but made the apartment very overlooked on the ground floor (we had to keep the curtains closed for most of our stay). Would be benefit from having mosquito grids on some of the windows.

Our apartment was in a great spot as we had 2 adjoining rooms, so great for the kids. Wr had a view overlooking the courtyard, near the restaurant with a beautiful sea breeze. The equipment provided for outdoor games was great, the staff were very friendly and the buffet breakfast was sufficient. The only small issue was our carpark spot was.on the other end of the property on the lawn area, not ideal but ok since everything else was lovely.

The carspot was a bit of a walk from our room, as we were near the restaurant, beach side and carpark was on the lawn near entrance of property. It was manageable but not ideal with children.

Room was ok, but no views. So if booking online you need to make sure, if you like to have a view to double check this. From what we could see from other accommodation, no room has direct views to the sea due to trees. The complex is huge and during major holidays seasons we dought you will have peace and quiet. With all the activities offered - 4 tennis courts - lawn bowls - chess and more, all located in the centre of the complex, things could become bussy and noisy. Nice indoor pool, gym and steam room.

The Heritage room was very nicely decorated . The bed was comfortable . Didn’t like the pillows , way too soft , but that is a personal thing . I normally take my own , but forgot this trip .Toaster and kettle , some cutlery and crockery on hand . Plenty of tea and coffee etc…. All I all quite nice.

I always rinse the kettle before I use it . It was full of white muck . It appeared some idiot had boiled milk of noodles or something like that in it …. I contacted reception and a clean new one was provided. promptly . I was a bit concerned about the dangling spouting over our third floor balcony . It needs to be fixed before it falls on someone . I did mention that to Reception as well . I am very safety conscious was a Paramedic for 40 years .

The bed was very comfortable! There was a bath in the room, which was a nice way to relax after a long day driving the Great Ocean Road. The buffet breakfast was amazing! There was so much variety, and it was presented beautifully, too. The dining room was very spacious, so this meant it wasn't crowded at breakfast. The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Superb location to the beach, river, and strip of shops and restaurants in Lorne (all a few minutes walk away), and just a short 13 minute drive away from the stunning Erkskine Falls.

I’ve stayed at Mantra in other cities of Australia before! Also Mantra Lorne is AMAZING 🤩 I stayed with my parents! They totally love it there! They even wanted to extend our stay but unfortunately due to my work in Melbourne we couldn’t stay any longer ☹️☹️ All the staff are amazingly friendly, professional as in accepting and accommodating their gusts! I even have observed them with other guests! Totally lovable staff and amazing place to stay and enjoy your trip! Soooo close 5 min walking distance to the beach 🏖️ AMAZING! All surrounded with great restaurants, cafes and enjoyable shops! Only 5 min walk to them!!! The best thing about Mantra Lorne is its unbelievable cheap and affordable prices! Beautiful, clean, neat and well designed rooms! GREAT VIEW to the ocean! We didn’t want to sleep and just watch out from the windows and the balcony! I definitely recommend everyone to book at Mantra Lorne ONLY!!’ 😍 Oh my god the pool, spa and sauna !!! You even prefer them to the beach! Soooooo clean and nice!!! U won’t leave there!! Balcony looking out onto trees, plants and grass. Cleaning staff were always responsive. Reception staff were thorough.

Only concern was the restaurant. We had dinner there on one night and didn't think the quality/presentation matched the prices. We ate twice at the Grand Pacific and had an excellent meal both times, served by happy excellent staff. For convenience we ate in house again on our last night and the staff seemed happier and were more attentive.
