The centrally location, bed was amazing the room it self was perfect. The Enjoy Wine Café and Bar the food was amazing.

The spa when turned on jets the water became dirty, one day the spa wasn't cleaned after we had used it. There was a burger ring outside the lift on the floor for three days, a mat at the back entrance door had a raised corner which was a tripping hazard, error made with booking by hotel and needed to re instate door key so that it worked after being told on check in that the date was wrong and assured it had been fixed as check out date was wrong.

Staff are very helpful and accommodating. I booked less than 24 hours from our stay and I accidentally used that day instead of the following day. They rang me to confirm my booking otherwise I wouldn't notice the incorrect date. The change of date was a smooth process. They evn allow us to check in early. Convenient location and of course the heritage listed lift is an attraction!

Nothing that I have experienced. We only stayed there overnight so we don't have the time to experience all the amenities hence we rated it 9.

We were two couples, we stayed in an apartment with two seperate bedrooms. It is very spacious. The beds were very comfortable so we slept well. It was also great having 2 toilets! One upstairs and one downstairs.

The cutlery and crockery only had four of everything. The coffee cups are tiny, they could do with some mugs. If you go out for the day and don’t get a chance to wash the dishes before you go you have to do them when you get back just to have a cup of coffee or tea. There is a dishwasher but there is not enough items to go into it to justify using it for a basic breakfast and lunch. The stairs up to the bedroom are very noisy! Don’t know how they could fix that though.

Central location. Good clean rooms. My compliments to the staff member who checked me in. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. More importantly she actually enjoys her work and it shows. I watched her manage another guest who was complaining about something that occurred in the town. She managed them very well. Make sure you keep this staff member. She is an asset and an ambassador for the hotel.

The mattress as a little hard which disrupted my sleep.

This hotel is well located so that it is easy to walk to restaurants, shops and the riverfront. It was easy to park on the premises. The room contained crockery, cutlery, kettle and a toaster so that we were able to make our own breakfast. A plus was the refrigerator that gave us plenty of space for our food and also had a good freezer compartment so that we could freeze our cooler bricks. The TV had Chromecast and the wifi worked well. The black-out blinds were good for sleeping in.

Couldn't find any fault

Only a one night stay this time, however l would stay here again as rooms are lovely, the staff are friendly and helpful and the location. Was great.

Great to have off street parking however as guests are not allocated a specific car space it meant we had to park all the way down the back. This was ok during the day but at night perhaps needs a little more lighting as a little dark.

We stayed in a Superior King Room with Spa Bath, it was a very comfortable stay. En-suite was spacious and separate to the spa bath. Bedroom with separate sitting area and desk. Bar fridge, kettle, toaster and plates, coffee cups, wine glasses and cutlery provided. It was a surprisingly lovely stay. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Only negative and it’s small, it was a little tricky filling up the kettle from the bathroom basin

Being close to the City Centre. Having a restaurant on site which despite the next day being a public Holiday there was hardly anyone there using it otherwise the food was good

The power point in dining area near to the desk was the only one you could only use Even though it was a double power point you only use one as the other was being used for the WIFI router. The menu in the restaurant was limited to very basic meals

Central to shops, river walks and restaurants.

Noisy plumbing pipes through walls, neighbours bathroom pipes were extremely noisy at night when trying to sleep. Can hear everything through walls, even the footy scores on tv. Friends of ours had a different room, and said there's was NO issue with their soundproofing or pipes!

Great location in centre of town. For those who wanted it, having basic cooking facilities is handy (we didn’t use). Breakfast downstairs was good (bit limited menu), friendly staff. Cute original lift was a bit quirky & charming.

Strange living room set up! Very large room with dining table & chairs, a couch facing a blank wall where a tv should go, next to a giant corner spa bath! Get rid of the spa, hang a tv on wall, add a rug & another couch (or arm chairs) & turn it back into a living room. It’s a family room so should be comfortable for a family to relax in.
