The room was scrupulously clean. The bed was reasonably comfortable, and there were tea and coffee facilities, including bikkies!

The pillows were old, flat and a tad smelly. Parking was free, but tight.

The location is a couple of minutes walk to the city centre, where there are plenty of cafés and restaurants, and a couple extra minutes walk to the boardwalk along the Ovens river with more restaurants and bars. The room was very clean and suited what we needed perfectly. Check in and out was very easy, staff were very easy going and friendly.

My partner thought the bed was a little hard for her liking, there was an extra bed in the room that was much more to her liking. I agree that the mattress was on the firm side, but not something I had an issue with.

firstly, staff were very friendly and our room was very tidy and clean with very comfortable beds. if I have anything to do again in Wangaratta I will diffidently stay there. Also, location was perfect.

Nothing that I didn't like, everything was just perfect as I expected to be the location was close to shopping and restaurants within walking distance, comfort and friendly staff. We were happy with everything.

Convenient, within walking distance, to town centre for a range of eateries for dinner. Good value for money with small fridge & microwave oven in room.

Couldn't park right outside room. Had to park on far side of car parking area, with entrance/exit driveway for cars between entrances to rooms & carpark spaces. Although only 10-20 metres away, would have been difficult getting to room wih luggage, in torrential rain & wind, as occurred several hours after my arrival.

We were very happy with our stay, the staff were excellent with their help, very friendly, very central to all amenities in town and a short distance from train station, great shower and clean comfortable rooms. We will stay here again when we return next time.

Our host was very friendly, the staff were awesome!! The location is very close to the local supermarket, tourist attractions, and cafe's. Very clean, with daily service and fresh sheets and utensils. My daughter especially loved the bickies that were left every day! We will book here again when when we visit Wangaratta!

It's an old retro motel a bit dated but appeared to have been refreshed as painting and tiling looked good and onsite parking area looked resurfaced and painted lines looked fairly new so good effort on these points. Everything was clean. Staff friendly and obliging. Great location easy walking to everything.

I think it was a little bit pricey for what you got.

The location was excellent. Easy walk to cafes, restaurants, shops, etc. Situated off the main road in a side street, so it was quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was well equipped with crockery, cutlery, microwave, kettle, hairdryer, non-slip shower mat.

The bottom of the shower curtain was stained. Not a good look!

Crisp cotton sheets, good shower, great location. In a quiet side street but very central, with parks and the river nearby. Room 10 is particularly quiet and private, being at the park end of the property. The motel is small and simple and great value for money. I liked the retro style coloured tiles in the bathroom and the security grill door.

Our motel room was clean and neat, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was also clean and the water was hot. Our room was near the back of the lot, which overlooked the park below, so we spent some moments looking down at it before going for a walk there. The motel was also close to all facilities, including the pub which was within walking distance.
