Great location, in middle of town but in quiet side street. Close to gorgeous river parks too. Allows pets, so my dog could sleep on his bed in the room with me.

Everything was fine. Not luxurious or flash, but comfortable.

An older, budget motel but thoughtful in their provisions - very clean throughout, good block out curtains, opening windows with fly screen, lockable security door, 4 outlet power board for your tech, extra toilet paper/bath towels provided,, air freshener for toilet, key safe for afterhours arrivals and (2) chairs/ 1 table for sitting outside. Excellently located off the main strip with views of park next door, very quiet too. Easy and free car parking onsite.

Nothing really but it would have liked to see an extra bin in the room for recycling bottles/cans/paper. Also, the metal return key box near reception is not locked.

The room was scrupulously clean. The bed was reasonably comfortable, and there were tea and coffee facilities, including bikkies!

The pillows were old, flat and a tad smelly. Parking was free, but tight.

Very clean and comfortable motel, especially being pet friendly. You could not smell anything that indicated it was a pet friendly room. It was quiet and the beds comfy. Late check in was easy and staff friendly to deal with.

Would have been good to have a set of bowls/plates and cutlery to use especially as there is a microwave etc. also need to have a switch to turn outside lights off as too bright inside the room as curtains don't cover the whole window. Overall though very good value for money wouldn't put me off booking again.

Location was amazing. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had two dogs and it was close to a park for exercise. Rooms were serviced daily. It was lovely to come back to a clean, neat and tidy room with fresh towels everyday

The bed was a little hard, but that was no big deal. And they charge an extra $20 a night if you use the single bed, which I find a bit much for when you pay you pay for the whole room. Apart was that it was a great place

The location is a couple of minutes walk to the city centre, where there are plenty of cafés and restaurants, and a couple extra minutes walk to the boardwalk along the Ovens river with more restaurants and bars. The room was very clean and suited what we needed perfectly. Check in and out was very easy, staff were very easy going and friendly.

My partner thought the bed was a little hard for her liking, there was an extra bed in the room that was much more to her liking. I agree that the mattress was on the firm side, but not something I had an issue with.

Had all the basics I needed for work, decent sized fridge, microwave, cutlery / tea / coffee, desk and chair and comfortable bed. Bathroom was extremely clean and looked like it was renovated in the last few years. I will be staying here again definitely.

Wifi was a little bit slow compared to 4G on my phone, if the owner has fibre to the premises then maybe a higher up plan may be beneficial, otherwise it may already be the best that is possible.

For a very basic motel, I loved the cleanliness and also the warm welcome we received from the owner. The housekeeping service was excellent also.

There was very little to dislike. If I were to nitpick I would say it could do with a little modernisation but I really mostly cared about cleanliness, comfort and functionality which met all my expectations. The bedhead was a little cumbersome but really not a huge issue.

firstly, staff were very friendly and our room was very tidy and clean with very comfortable beds. if I have anything to do again in Wangaratta I will diffidently stay there. Also, location was perfect.

Nothing that I didn't like, everything was just perfect as I expected to be the location was close to shopping and restaurants within walking distance, comfort and friendly staff. We were happy with everything.

Convenient, within walking distance, to town centre for a range of eateries for dinner. Good value for money with small fridge & microwave oven in room.

Couldn't park right outside room. Had to park on far side of car parking area, with entrance/exit driveway for cars between entrances to rooms & carpark spaces. Although only 10-20 metres away, would have been difficult getting to room wih luggage, in torrential rain & wind, as occurred several hours after my arrival.
