No breakfast was included, but loved the coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits provided! The central location was very convenient, and it was so easy to do the self check-in using the PIN emailed in advance. The towels were lovely and soft (not thin and worn out like many other places), and the prior communication was excellent!

It's a very minor thing, but an exhaust fan in the bathroom would be good. I could also hear snoring coming from the room next door :-D

All expectations were met - clean comfy room, good location, room to park w/out unhitching,, microwave & fridge in the room, cable tv with a very reasonable tariff

Our room had a torn flyscreen so we didnt feel confident to leave the window open. When booking with booking.com I must have missed the extra AU$100 room deposit taken from my credit card, to be held in case of any damage or loss. :-(

Shame the pool was not able to be used. It was a very hot few weeks the pool use would have been perfect

Good supply of tea bags - the cookies are a cute bonus, thanks. Also like you have soap cakes - not just gel (men don’t shower with gel)

The maintenance has been rushed or done on budget.... BUT and i say BUT..... it worked.. it was only cosmetic that was less than expected.... Every worked as it should.....all facilities worked and worked well... I loved the big car park and the wonder 'before arrival room number and passcode'......it was a great experience.. and will return...

Room was quite big, bed was comfortable, had a sitting area, tea and coffee making facilities, short walk for food and drinks, huge car park, was able to park my van and trailer in there. Had keypad entry so you didn't need to carry a key with you.

I really liked the fact that they put the air-conditioning on in our room for us as vefore we got there as it was a 38°c day and it felt so good to walk into it.

Tiles in the bathroom may be beginning to look a tiny bit outdated but apart from that our stay was great for both nights

The room I was in was definitely updated since the photos on display. New air-conditioning new bed new pillows and a choice of firm or soft pillows The bed head is lovely and new updated, same with the decor even to the throw display on the bed. Very neat and tidy. Nice and Fresh, microwave kettle with plenty of coffee and milk. I am impressed with the supply of cutlery and plates and x2 Wine glass even though I didn't use the wine glasses, it just adds a touch of class for me. Very quite and respectful. Lovely shower and bathroom. And also grey towels arranged lovely on the beds. The manager also was very professional with making sure that rules are forwarded to make sure that no excuse for not complying with the house rules. The best accommodation that I have stayed in on my holiday to QLD and back to Victoria. Definitely rebooking when I take the journey to visit my family. I cannot say any negative comments because it was such a pleasure to stay in accommodation that is gorgeous and affordable.

I like quick access to the room just put pin & that’s it after long drive. Clean & great location to shops restaurants.. However the rooms are too close to each other & the guests in the next rooms were a bit loud.

The Motel has a 24 hour key and booking machine. It was not working. There was no sign saying it was not working. Rang the phone number suggested twice with no answer. Did not know if I would be able to use the room I booked and paid for or not.
