This was a perfect spot for a quick overnight stay between Canberra and Geelong. It was our first longer roadtrip in our new EV so we were taking it easy just to be safe. We had 2 teenage boys in tow (17 and 13) and the pool made all the difference on a 34 degree C day!! Close enough to walk to all of the shops. Playgrounds and parks nearby. Loads of EV charging options in both Albury and Wodonga. It was exactly what we needed for a 1 night stay.

Our booking was paid for online but hadn't come through to their system, so I had to show proof of payment through Booking.com and money had been taken out from my account to avoid paying a second time for the same reservation. That said, the staff were super helpful and understanding of the confusion between systems.

Our two teenage boys loved the pool on the 34 degree C days we were there! Made such a difference to their comfort levels, helped get some energy out after a long roadtrip too! The Motel was close to find dinner and drinks both nights we stayed. The TV was easy to use and we could login to our own Netflix account. Wifi was free (perfect for teenage boys!) and speedy too. Beds were comfy and the bathroom as a great size.

One powerpoint didn't work and there needed to be a few extra towel racks if 4 people in the room, otherwise the room was great. We did have one hiccup though, Booking.com didn't show us as having paid on their system so had to show paid online and the money coming from my account to Reception to avoid paying a second time for the same booking. Be warned!

The beds were great. Shower was fabulous and lots of little things like cookies, water, slippers left to enjoy. The towels were really fluffy and there were plenty of them provided.

If you are booking the two-bedroom apartment it is upstairs (stairs were tricky to navigate if you had young children or those with accessibility issues. The laundry is not in the apartment but is downstairs accessible for all staying at the hotel which wasn't what the pictures indicated on booking.com. We could have just booked a motel room and accessed this for less.

Great comfy motel conveniently located in the heart of Albury yet nice and quiet at night. They have a beautiful pool perfect for cooling off after a long drive and are right around corner from Brady’s Railway Hotel for dinner until 9pm and 2 Fingers Bar with an awesome music jam night on Thursdays until 11:30pm. I’d definitely stay here again.

There was a Kit Kat wrapper left in the room and bottles from a previous occupant in the fridge.

I have nothing negative to say about this motel. A great spot for a night or two when staying in Albury. After a long drive and a hot day of 35, the pool was perfect! Not too many chemicals, perfect temperature and quiet. Just us! The rooms were very spacious. We stayed in the family room and it was very clean, big bathroom, beautiful clean shower & everything you need ie fridge, microwave, extra linen etc. Also in a great location. Would definitely return!

Very easy to find, relatively quiet place. Comfortable beds, spacious room, has everything one needs. We stayed for one night on our trip between mid north coast NSW and Melbourne. Super easy check in process, friendly woman at the reception desk. Great location as we could walk up to the main street for a wide variety of choices for dinner.

There was a large amount of liquid soap on the bathroom counter, clearly had an issue before as a mug was there to catch the mess. But all in all not a drama at all. Might have been nice to have the sliding door to the private courtyard open at night, but were not keen as there was no screen on the door. So minor that these didn't impact the stay at all.

Room was clean and tidy. Good facilities in the room. You need to clear the bins when people stat longer than a night and replenish the coffee etc. But overall a great place to stay

Bathroom floor can be very slippery after a shower. Seems to have a coating left after it has been cleaned. Could be quite dangerous especially for elderly clients.

The location was perfect for my stay to visit relatives both north and south of the Murray River. The room was very roomy and comfortable. I would stay here again.

I was disappointed there was no laundry as stated on the motel's website but found a laundrette on the street 50 metres or so away. My room was not serviced one day during my stay but staff were very accommodating when I mentioned it at reception. Housekeeping staff were very courteous.h

We travelled from Brisbane back to Melbourne and decided to spoil ourselves with the apartment. Loved the space and everything. The house keeper was lovely and helped us alot.

The swimming pool was dirty and could not be used. Gutted too as it was a hot day and our kids would have loved to spend the rest of the day in the pool. Looks like the place needs an overhaul, though. Has been neglected. Such a waste.

The room was perfect for our needs - roomy, clean and tidy, very comfortable bed, good shower / bathroom, very friendly service with good communication.

The only small problem was the air conditioner in our room which was working, but not very well / in need of a service. It was fine temperature wise, and the hotel was excellent, particularly for the price.
