First off, the customer service before we arrived - ringing to check if we needed anything and texting and replying as well. I’ve never received this from a hotel, so I was very impressed. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable, with everything we could have needed for our stay. We’ll definitely be booking Quest Wodonga for our future stays, as we come quite regularly to visit family.

This is picking at straws, but we had an adjoining room next to a couple with a young baby that cried all night. If anything, consider not putting a couple stay next to a room with kids - or asking their preference.

The lift at Quest Wodonga broke down sometime on Saturday afternoon/evening, meaning that our aged family members had to walk up four flights of stairs to get to their room. This might have been palpable, had it not been for the fact that the problem had still not been rectified by Sunday morning! This issue resulted in our family having to navigate the four flights of stairs again! From conversations with other patrons, many complaints were made about the situation. This situation was very disappointing and with no communication from staff (beyond notices being posted outside the lift!) this was not acceptable. No communication. No compensation or explanation provided by staff to patrons!

We had a 2 bedroom apartment, the room was clean and comfortable. They had us on the 2nd floor which worked well as we had dinner at the hotel which is connected by a covered walkway on level 2. The place was quiet and easy walk into the shops and cafes for breakfast etc This is our 2nd time staying at this Quest.

No hand soap in either bathroom. The ensuite floor was very slipper, my mum nearly fell over we have fed back to the staff. The other bathroom floor was fine. Car parking was free last time we stayed this time we needed to pay $10 per night.

Fresh feel to the apartment, you could tell it had recently been renovated/refurnished. Appreciated getting a complimentary room upgrade based on a ground floor request. Pillow menu is a great idea. Would have loved to know about it at check in, as I didnt see the card until after reception was closed. Loved the access to the pub accross the road.

The bed/mattress was in good condition, and not saggy at all, however quite a basic mattress. Would love to have something more plush and luxurious, rather than a springy mattress.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. They are well appointed and roomy. The king bed is very comfortable. Staff are always welcoming and friendly.

Not a criticism, but let staff know the shower head in the ensuite was loose and sprayed water everywhere. I tightened up all the points and was able to have a shower, but the arm was on a lean. A couple of the coffee cups had been poorly hand washed with coffee stains. We put them in the dishwasher and no issue with stains removed.

I didn’t like the heating cooling situation,it’s in all motels,weather it’s the aircon or heater,they work good but when you turn it off something is still going and no matter what it gets really stuffy,would be good if off actually meant it’s off all together,something is always running make it always stuffy but that’s all I can whinge about and real coffee would be fantastic maybe a pod machine in every room next time I would rent a house to get away from stuffiness

The lady on reception during the day was amazing, so lovely and a pleasure to deal with.

I booked a room for my son and I, I chose a bed configuration that would suit 2 adults. I didn’t mind not having 2 beds because this one had a sofa bed and a bed. When opened the sofa bed out during the night, to realise it wasn’t made up, so I rang reception and she said we had to pay an extra $50 for bedding to use the sofa bed, that was ridiculous.

Booked a King Suite and was delighted to be upgraded to a King 1 bedroomed Suite. Lovely and spacious with a fully equipped Kitchen and Laundry/Bathroom. Balcony and spacious living area with a desk for work. Reception Lady was so lovely and made us feel very welcome. Booked a secure parking underground as had a lot of work gear in the car. Plenty of street parking though.

Nothing - will highly recommend.

Check in service good, great self contained apartment, good central location, comfortable king bed

Curtains need repairing draw rod detached. Shower floor was very slippery, potentially from cleaning product? Slipped over and hit my right hand and hip hard, I placed the bathmat in the shower to prevent from happening again, once the floor had been rinsed with water it was ok.I did report this at checkout to pass onto the cleaning team.

The unit was spacious and clean with everything required for a 4 night stay. It was quiet at night despite being next door to a hotel. The underground parking was a bonus and we were in walking distance to plenty of shops and cafes. The staff on the front desk were courteous and helpful. We would definitely stay again.
