Staff are great, the chalet was perfect and clean. Location is a perfect walk to the beach for fishing or a walk. Emu point restaurant is close by for a meal or an ice cream. Driving to the shop or town is usually no more than 15 minutes. Entertainment room is usable and the front office has the basic supplies and bait for the fisherman. Most mornings they have a coffee truck stop by so that works too.. Great outside patio on the chalet.

Its not about like or better its about safety, kids kids and more kids. It was school holidays which is understood but driving can be stressful. The kids don't respect cars and the parents seem to think it is a complete safe zone. Some kids have helmets others don't and they are flying around on scooters and running everywhere right up to 10pm curfew. I love it for the kids but eventually some one is going to get hurt, more signs or better education to parents, not really sure what the answer is but keep your head on a swivel. Good times

Loved the splash water park - kids had a blast. Small Cleanliness issue which we reported on CKO as it wasn't directly affecting our stay.

We were in a family apartment with small, sometimes noisy children which was joined to an apartment which had older guests occupying it so we were always on edge about the noise our children may make. The apartment flyscreen door didn't close very quietly either so we had to be very mindful of that when the kids entered/left the apartment. Luckily no complaints from neighbours

The property is well maintained with attention to detail and cleanliness. There is cooking station so you can save a bit as eating out can be expensive, if you dont have mode of transport buy your grocery and keep them in fridge as taxi around can cost a lot.

Too many kids crying around at night can be distrurbing; cant do much as its a family / kids type setup. Draw back is that this place is away from nearby gorcery access, restaurants etc.. if you got car no need to worry.

Beautiful location and friendly staff. The accommodation caters well to families, the park is immaculately kept and the water play area and bounce pillows great fun for the kids. This was the first time staying that the traffic in the park had been made one way and we loved it, it felt much safer walking around the park.

Would be nice to have a little warmth in the water area. Otherwise love nothing to fault.

Iv been coming for years cause it’s always great!! We stayed in the new delux villas and will only book that now it’s sooo nice and sooo much space 👍 there’s sooo much to do for the kids, with the water park, bouncing pillows, a big playground that’s good for any age and the beach is over the hill! The staff are nice and help you out if you need. We have stayed in many of the different cabins around the site and would tell anyone to stay as there’s something for everyone!!

The delux villa was absolutely perfect spot, for us attending a special Wedding in Albany. Clean, fresh, light and bright, mozzy nets on the windows, security door at the entrance fabulous. As we had planned to have most meals out we could easily walk the 15minutes, along the beach path to Emu Point cafe for breakfast which was wonderful. We had an impromptu breakfast for our friends on departure day. As we had a BBQ on our deck, we quickly cooked up a feast, whilst our friends children entertained themselves on the manicured grass area beside us. When staff came around to check on departing guests, he could see we were having a quick breakfast and very kindly allowed us another 45 minutes to finish, tidy and say goodbye to our friends who were staying an extra night. Thank you BIG 4 Emu Beach Holiday Park. We loved our stay and will be back. We would most definitely recommend your property to others.

For our purpose. The property was just as we had hoped and more. No ‘dislikes’ for us.

Loved the extra facilities such as the jumping pillow and mini golf. We had a little park infront of our cabin perfect for kids. Grounds were clean. If you want to go when it’s quiet spring time was perfect hardly any one there. Great place for a family holiday we will be back when we have kids.

The chalet we stayed in was extremely small for the price we paid. The loungeroom had two single chairs but was a family cabin, so you’d never be able to watch tv or sit together unless at the dining table. To get to the main room you have to walk through the kids bunk which you also need to walk through to go to the toilet so I’m not sure how kids would ever sleep. The bathroom was badly designed with no soap stand in the shower, not even a ledge to put anything on. The toilet was cramped up against the wall you almost had to sit sideways as an adult. And no where to put hand towels. Oh also didn’t like the water slide wasn’t working with no signs or info of when they have it operating.

We loved the facilities for the children, the waterslides were amazing and the kids were entertained. The villa was lovely and very clean, we would definitely visit again. We would happily return, it was a lovely place to stay.

The only thing I had an issue with was the lack of friendly service from the front desk when my friend (who resides in Albany) came to visit and asked to purchase 2 tickets for their two children to play with my children on the waterslides. He was treated very rudely by one particular staff member. That is my only complaint, as we rarely get to see each other it would have been nice for the children to spend more time together.

The park's stunning landscape was the perfect backdrop for our family vacation. Nestled among native trees and overlooking a picturesque seashore, the park offered breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere. But what really impressed us was the wide range of activities and facilities on offer. The facilities were top-notch, with clean and well-maintained amenities. The staff were friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to ensure our stay.

Extremely clean and well maintained grounds. Cabin was spotless. Fantastic holiday park for families - lots to do for children. Very close to beach and emu point cafe and more sheltered beach only 10 min walk.

Linen and towels are not changed in cabins for our 5 night stay. It’s a family oriented park which we knew and was fine for us as our other family members had kids there, but I wouldn’t recommend this park for those travelling without kids.
