The property had everything that you would require on holiday. Cooking facilities with a microwave, cooking hob & large fridge, pots, crockery & cutlery. Bus stops right outside for both directions. Great location. Walking distance to Woolworths supermarket. Great choice of continental breakfast with a pancake making machine that I have never seen anything like it before. Great pool in a tropical setting, BBQ area. Rooms were spacious. A shuttle bus at reasonable cost as last bus is early & taxis are expensive & unreliable. Great staff very friendly & helpful, Thank you Emma & Lucia. Also Besky (Manager) & Caretaker a great team.

Some of the unruly guests that created a problem & young children dominating the pool area unsupervised by adults. Staff tried their best.

Breakfast each day was wonderful, and gave us the opportunity to mingle with other guests and talk about travels and experiences. The room was beautifully air conditioned and instructions to leave the a/c on while absent was really useful in the tropical weather. We had a family room, which meant that our daughter could have the bedroom and we had the bed in the living area, which was handy for our night time trips to the toilet. The pool was just lovely, and it was relaxing to sit with our feet in the water after a big day out.

We booked the transfer bus from the airport before we arrived, but nobody showed up to collect us even after our phone call to the property. Apparently this was due to some form of system error, and our transfer fee was refunded.

We were very pleased with the location right at the local bus stop. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. Easy access to the pool and breakfast room. And everything looked to be well cared for and clean. This is not a 5 star resort and we were very pleased with the room comfort and breakfast hade enough choice for us.

I am not sure that there was anything we didn't like. The place felt secure, we weren't concerned at all for our safety. We did get lost coming back one night but one of the staff fortunately was able to come and rescue us.

Friendly staff. We were given a free breakfast the day we arrived as it was 7am! We also got a slightly early check-in and were able to leave our bags until the room was ready. Good bbq facilities. Bus stop just outside. Walking distance to nearest supermarket. Nice pool and gardens area.

No outdoor drying for clothes, though we did get lent a drying rack. Air-conditioning unit blew directly onto the bed so we couldn't use it at night.

Very efficiently run and all facilities good and clean. A good continental breakfast. Friendly staff.

Is a bit far from restaurants if you do not have a car. We walked into town and back as the bus service is unreliable and ends in the early evening. Did not feel unsafe, though there did seem to be a few loud drunk people roaming the street in town and shouting (at us, each other or others I we did not know).

Liked room, grounds, pool and security. Clean , tidy and pleasant environment .

Price - very expensive accomodation although was one of the cheapest I could find in this town . All accomodation in this town is exorbitant . Unlikely to be back . For the price the breakfast of cheap cereals toast and sugar loaded spreads is inadequate . As a low Carb eater this breakfast was inedible .

Breakfast, pool, location, room facilities including fridge size were good.

Shower head was very restrained with water flow, making for an unpleasant shower. Gates should all have swipe cards and not codes (we used back gate). The padlock system was frustrating on the gate out the back. Swipe card would be easier and allow access 24/7.

The pool was lovely and clean. The breakfast was a continental breakfast with pancakes and was just enough. The room was clean and comfortable.

The only thing that could have been better was a complimentary bus service in to town.

The location is quite central, the rooms were spacious and clean. The facilities were well maintained. Breakfast was mostly good, although repetitive.

The attitude of the receptionists. When we arrived a lady wearing glasses and with a Spanish surname completely ignored us, she kept talking on the phone for ages and after she finished she didn't bother to offer any apology or assistance. She refused to check us in an hour earlier as well. Likewise even though we stayed for 8 nights they didn't let you have a late check out. Some of the guests were quite noisy at night time.

I liked the spaciousness of the room and the kitchenette was very useful. Also there were plenty of powerpoints and the lighting was very good.

I restaurant for dinner would have been appreciated but I understand that this is expensive to set up.
