I had a pleasant stay at the Oaks Broome over the weekend. The service was friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed right away. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything I needed. The bathroom was particularly nice, featuring a large spa bath, though I did find the bed a bit firm for my liking. The hotel’s location is central and convenient for exploring Broome, especially if you're visiting during the dry season when there are more events happening. While I stayed during the quiet wet season, it’s still close to Town Beach. The hotel offers two pools, and I had a nice view of the larger one. There’s also secure, undercover parking available for guests, and the bar/restaurant was a nice touch, though not all menu options were available due to the off-season. I appreciated the room's size, almost like a small apartment with plenty of space.

A couple of minor things could be improved, like removing the smelly bins left at the bottom of the stairs, and there were limited options at the bar/restaurant. However, overall, it was a good experience, and I would recommend it.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, spacious and with great views over the pool. Talking about the pool, it was empty pretty much the whole day (April 2025), so we could enjoy some peace while cooling ourselves down.

Only thing we didn't like is that we had dinner at the restaurant and both burgers we ordered (chicken and beef) had a HUGE amount of bacon on them. We found it was unnecessary to fill half of the burger with so much bacon (to avoid food wasting, essentially).

Incredibly friendly service, easy location for the beach and town walks, very clean and well setup. It's important to highlight the extremely accommodating and best level of customer service provided by the team, in particular Giulia who went well above and beyond. There were a couple of things that I asked for help with and these were sorted out very quickly. It's important to highlight customer service that stays with you and ensures a great experience, huge thank you Giulia for your friendly, helpful and relaxed way, awesome!!

Nothing not to like, great experience.

I had a great one bedroom apartment on the top floor overlooking the pool. Both the bedroom and the living area had access to the balcony which was useful. The small kitchen had everything need for a short stay including a great full size fridge/freezer. There were elevators and use of a luggage trolley so easily to move all my luggage myself. The 2 pools looked great but I didn't have time to try them out. The location of the hole is great. Walkable to Town Beach and the jetty and about 5 mins to drive into the main part of town.

There is only one area with secure gated parking which can get full pretty quickly.

The bathroom was great, with a massive spa tub. The facilities were good. Off street secure parking was available. The room was clean. Short walk to Stairway to the moon, and town beach. Town Beach had excellent facilities for kids with a playground and water playground.

We traveled in high season, on the days around the stairway to the moon, and booked last minute, so pricing did not represent value for money, but this was true for the town in general. If you can plan ahead, that would be better.

I love the location with my kids - water park, town beach, and a useful IGA across the road. I've done "stay cations" here for a few years. When I book a poolside room I know it's literally that.

1. I would love to see poached eggs as an option during breakfast. 2. The aircon controllers were pretty confusing. Some worked on different units, and one room seemed to end up hot. When I'm in a Hotel in the Kimberley, I want return to a cold room.

Spacious rooms, comfy bed, two terrific swimming pools, plenty parking, great location near Town Beach, so easy walk to Town Beach market and viewing of Staircase to the Moon and not far from Matsos and Mangrove Hotel.

Dishwasher broke down and leaked some water but it was fixed and cleaned up almost immediately.

The property it was very clean very relaxing atmosphere the staff at reception especially were very friendly and helpful I will recommend this to anyone that wants to come I can’t thank the boys at reception enough so friendly so welcoming 😊😊

My room was conveniently located with easy access to both swimming pools. My room was comfortable and the bed nice and large (as requested).

* That there was no door or curtain on the shower, so the tiles became quite wet and slippery after each shower. * That there are no tissues in the room. * That there is no convenient way to refill my water bottle from the tap in the bathroom.

Great location close to Town Beach and Chinatown. Apartment was clean. Bed was comfortable. Had a spa and shower. Cooking facilities if required. View from the balcony. Secure parking available.

That place was like a maze. A bit more signage would have been much appreciated. Had to roam quite a bit in the sweltering heat a few times getting lost. Oh and kettle has seen better days.
