This B&B is a charming old house. It is a short walk from old Broome, restaurants and the airport. The weekend market is held across the road. The daily continental breakfast is adequate without being amazing. Dining is communal which gives the opportunity to talk with fellow guests. Sunscreen lotions and insect sprays are available free to use in the lobby area. Transport to and from the airport is offered, although I didn't need it. The host (s?) weren't always present, but when I did happen to meet her she was helpful with directions and suggestions of what to see and do.

This is probably me but I didn't find the bed comfortable. There also wasn't comfortable seating in my room (just a table and two dining chairs) or any seating at all on my little balcony. Shampoo and conditioner weren't provided which took me by surprise. I hadn't brought any with me I'm so used to them being standard in bathrooms.

Good size, comfortable room in good location. Included continental breakfast available in the breakfast area was sufficient and good variety. Nice looking pool although we didn’t use it. We had two access doors and didn’t need to enter through the main house.

We had to park outside the property although not quite on the road. We had a room downstairs (seemed perhaps like an extension to the main residence) which was really dark and really didn’t have a balcony we could sit on as opposed to the upstairs rooms in the main part of the house. Breakfast was only available for 1 hour.

A boutique BnB with a small number of rooms in a beautiful building. There is a shared lounge room/library on the ground floor. with many historic books Ample and well presented continental breakfast on the deck near the pool. Our room was tastefully furnished with very comfy beds and a huge shower Everything for a stay in the hot weather was provided, pool towels, bathroom consumables, sunscreen an insect repellent, a convenient laundry service. There was plenty of tourist information, maps etc in the office and the staff were very knowledgeable helpful.

Rooms are upstairs and no lift so would not be suitable for guests with mobility issues but that was not an issue for me.

Ideal location within 10 minutes walk of Chinatown and main tourist areas of Broome. Close to Courthouse bus stop, regular service to Cable Beach and other areas of Broome. Property is large open tropical style house, spacious bedroom with balcony and eating area, separate bathroom. Staff were very helpful, airport transfer was included at the end of our stay.

The actual courthouse is opposite the property and the gardener there was very enthusiastic with his blower early every morning.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous, quaint property. Rich in charm, character and history. If you're looking for an authentic experience in Broome, this is it. Lovely continental breakfast served on the table overlooking the pool area, where you can meet and share stories with other fellow travellers. Free airport shuttle transfers. Very helpful friendly staff. 10 minute walk to Chinatown, the old part of Broome which is rich in the history of the pearl diving, lots of bars and restaurants. Close to airport. 15 minute drive to stunning Cable Beach. Enjoyed a Snubfin Dolphin tour for 4 hours (15 minute drive - meet at Broome Fishing Club) - mornings are best - dolphins, turtles. Also drove to Willie Creek Pearl Farm - 3 hour tour of the pearling history.

Noise from the homeless people wondering the streets and parks at night.

A very "homely" place to stay, well located, within reasonable walking distance to all town facilities. There are various eating venues (take away and restaurant) within 100 metres. The proprietor, Marilyn, looked after us superbly, supported by her friendly staff. The continental breakfast is comprehensive - healthy food nicely presented. Being a relatively small accommodation establishment, guests are looked after personally, and there are opportunities to mix with like minded travellers if this is what one would want. Alternatively, people can keep to themselves if preferred.

Good location, a short walk from Chinatown, a slightly longer walk to Matso's Brewery and opposite the Courthouse Markets. A lovely, private balcony overlooking the gardens and pool. Comfortable bed. Refrigerator and tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Good continental breakfast. Cereal, fresh fruit, yoghurt, toast, sweet treats and tea and coffee. Lovely outdoor area and pool.

On arrival to check in at 2.00pm, there was no one there. No one was answering the phone either and the message bank was full. At about 2.20, someone arrived to check us in.

We absolutely loved our time at The Courthouse Bed and Breakfast. The location was perfect - peaceful and central, with beautiful gardens creating a relaxing atmosphere. The room was clean, comfortable and full of charm. Breakfast was delicious and thoughtfully prepared each morning. What really stood out was the warm hospitality - we felt genuinely welcomed and well looked after. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Broome.

We could not fault The Courthouse at all.

It's close to the main business district and Chinatown which is the shopping district and the airport. It has a lovely pool and outdoor area. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Good air conditioning. The Courthouse is across the street and the weekend markets are very close.

The area is not that safe at night but ok if you have a car. The Broome District Prison is on the next corner next to the Police station. You can hear the planes and helicopters as the airport is close.

Breakfast met our expectations and with an added bonus of conversation with other house guests.

Check in was awkward as we were a little early and no-one was on the premises. Additionally, they did not appear to have taken note of our initial arrival time anyway. I thought the property was a bit overpriced and the host was not generous (baulked and did not allow us an extra 200ml milk for tea/coffee for a 4 night stay)!.
