It was a lovely place to stay. The rooms are great. They have a little kitchen with everything you need. The bathroom is outside. If you don't want to go to the toilet outside, i suggest you get the rooms that have both an inside and an outside bathroom. It was fun to shower outside. The pool was so warm, and the gardens were beautiful. There is a massage place on the premises. I can highly recommend the head massage. The staff were so lovely. They actually escort you to your room. They offer free wifi and pool towels are provided. It's a short walk to Cable Beach and an even shorter walk to the tavern and coffee shop.

We have stayed at Bali Hai Resort three prvious times. The ambiance is great and staff wonderful. The Bali Hai Cafe is one of the best places to eat locally. The rooms are getting close to needing a revamp and lighting is on the dark side. The staff were very accomodating when our fridge started whining in the middle of the night. They arranged a replacement fridge. They even provided fresh flowers the next day.

Some minor details regarding broken fixtures (ie soap holder in shower) but that is nit picking.

Loved the little villa that I had. The outside shower was beautiful, and the inside shower had two shower heads! There was plenty of space and I could order from the bar and get drinks delivered to my hut. The pool was a good temperature. The whole place has a calm atmosphere with lovely statues and paths everywhere. It was easy to do much needed laundry. Highly recommend.

I was told by staff that there was an airport shuttle bus that I could catch, but on the morning I was leaving, a different staf member said that the shuttle was unreliable, and that I should get a taxi. The taxi was great and reasonably priced, but it would have been good to be told beforehand about the shuttle.

Beautiful setting. Spacious rooms with unique Bali vibes. Pool was a good temperature and a great place to relax. Outdoor shower in room was a nice touch. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

Some facilities in the room were quite dated could do with a bit of an update. Windows had ingrained water stains in shower areas. Cannot fill the giant bathtub with hot water as the hot water system can’t cope, so it’s essentially just for show really - not functional. Expensive, but it’s Broome.

Great space, loved the bathtub and the outdoor shower. Everything was clean, plenty of fresh towels and bath products. The pool was nice and well maintained. Location was very close for Cable Beach and a bus stops right outside the hotel for town which was great - although the Broome Explorer wasn't too frequent and didn't run late enough for dinner in town.

Once you accept that EVERYTHING in Broome is expensive then Bali Hai is great. Large studio room with everything required including washing machine sachets. Clean and comfortable. The outdoor bathroom is a lovely quirky extra. Private courtyard with bbq is nice Easy walk to the beach with multiple eating options close by. Pool is well shaded. Staff friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our six night stay.

Individual villas the their own covered outdoor area including bbq. Full size fridge and cooking facilities. Bathroom is outside and a washing machine is also outside. Spacious villa with air conditioning and ceiling fans to keep you cool. Nice pool. Day spa is also available on site. Walking distance to the hotel and cable beach. Small mini mart at the end of the street. Great restaurant on site too. Staff were friendly and accomodating. Bus stops out the front. Great place to stay.

It wasn’t that we didn’t like the outdoor shower and toilet but the cold wind made having a shower uncomfortable

Very comfortable spacious deluxe room. Enjoyed the outdoor shower. We made good use of the kitchen. Stunning grounds & pool. Amazing restaurant. Great location only 15 min stroll to Cable Beach. Handy store & cafe nearby.

Perhaps a breakfast option at the restaurant would be usful for those who need it. Transport to town centre is difficult, perhaps the resort could offer guests a shuttle a couple of times a day.

The beds/rooms were comfortable & the staff very friendly. We had lunch twice in the restaurant. It was more fine dining, smaller plates & expensive, but very tasty food.

The location was good for us as we had a hire car, but too far out of town if you didn't have a vehicle or prepared to taxi everywhere. I'm unsure about any available public transport but tour operators would pick up/drop off though.

It was quiet, spacious rooms and peacefully relaxing pool area. The staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful! The restaurant was first class. The staff notified us our room was ready early which was very much appreciated after a long flight. On our last day we checked out of room at the requested time but we were able to still use all the facilities including the pool until we departed @ 3.00pm!

Interesting that the bathroom, toilet & shower are literally outside in Balinese style! Perfectly OK except we could not get any hot water for the shower. It was explained it was solar heating & because it had been unseasonably cold in Broome we would need to press a red button & wait 30 minutes to get it warm!!! BUT they sent the handyman to help out and we were later able to get a reasonable temperature and he offered for us to use another villa to have a shower!
