Location and quietness

The cleanliness inside was not desirable. Bathroom was dirty and marks all over the roof from someone going into the manhole. Even the fan vent in the roof was filthy. Lounges were filthy and stained. The 3 clothes airer’s outside were all rusted and disgusting. For a place I spent $3500 for 7 nights I was disappointed. Most of all when we get our mid week service with 4 girls cleaning the room I expect them to not step onto my personal bathroom scales which are logged into my name on my phone app and weigh themselves. Disgraceful and rude

The gardens were lovely. Loved the spacious villa and attractive interior, the pool was great and the staff and maintenance team very helpful and friendly. The coffees were lovely. Loved the security gate. Look forward to visiting again

No undercover parking Oven tray didn’t fit in oven A bit of a trick to get the dryer working. Advertised Egg n Bacon toasties only available for two days of a two week stay.

We had the pool villa number 43 which was so spacious with 2 beautiful outdoor areas. The pool was stunning and perfect size. Large bathroom, kitchen with everything you need if you want to cook. Barbecue outside. Washing machine and dryer. Parking space provided. There is a communal pool but we didn't use it. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a brilliant 6 day stay.

The included breakfast was good. The room was comfortable and pretty spacious as was the bathroom. Having a terrace was also a bonus. It was practical to have access to a laundry room. The location was quiet but very convenient to Cable Beach by foot and also there was a bus right in front of hotel that goes everywhere.

The staff could have been friendlier. Also around the pool no one ever cleared the table of dishes and beverages making a nice pool area look messy and unattended and these spaces were not accessible to use as a result. The room cleaning sometimes didn’t take place until after 3 in the afternoon and I had to ask. Although it was nice to have laundry facilities there is only 1 washer and dryer so you had to wait your turn to use it. We had a problem with our phone not working and we couldn’t open safe but luckily reception was still open ( they close early ) and we got that sorted out .

The villa layout design and furnishings were all excellent 👍 Loved the pool and its privacy ! Will definitely pass on our enjoyment to others 👌

Considered the cost of our stay expensive but at the same time appreciate the remoteness , will consider a return trip in the future . Did not appreciate the attitude of a senior staff member when asked for additional coffee capsules for the coffee dispenser .

I really like the Pearle and feel of the place. Our room was exactly what we needed. Feels tropical. Great pillows and bed.

We had to miss breakfast as it was only available from 7-30. Our guest room only had a powerpoint for the kettle in the bathroom. So had to boil the kettle next to the toilet. I also feel that after paying $400 a night- i should not have to wash up our tiny tea cups we used. There was a note asking that all crockery was washed.puzzling as this is an expensive place and there was no other sink in our room except in bathroom. Small tea cups - can we have mugs please!!?

Great set up and facilities. We had a three bed villa and each room had their own generous sized bathroom - all very tidy. Kitchen and lounge room were great and well furnished. Very comfortable and clean and everything you needed in a self contained villa. Pool was lovely and plenty enough to cool off. the best thing would have to be the air conditioners - worked like a dream in each room!!! Fantastic and much needed in Broome heat/humidity.

I know that there is a shortage of staff and Covid was also causing issues, but some daily services like change of towels, empty of bins etc would have been great. Also, happy to clean up after ourselves but asking to empty dishwasher on last day and make sure everything was back was a bit too dreary (which we did anyway) - could let people put machine on when leave. Made me feel a bit like cleaning for a rent inspection. People are on holiday and do expect some cleaning/service too. Just a comment.

Location and overall facilities were excellent. Great pool. Breakfast was very nice. The staff (Sarah) were very helpful and gave us good advice about our stay. We got early access to the pool before the room was available The property has good security - which is important in Broome.

The room was quite small with a big bathroom. Fine for a one night stay - but maybe a little cramped for a longer stay

Location and the layout of the resort. We very much enjoyed the breakfast and the pool. The room was great, clean and spacious.

The noise from the petrol driven hedge trimmer and blower, they were used randomly and at an extended time. Suggestion is to change over to battery driven equipment. That is better for the environment and noise levels.

Lovely Villa, spacious & well thought out. Gardens are beautiful, private villa pool is a fantastic draw card. The lady I dealt with at check in was very helpful, friendly and offered useful information. She was also discrete about the need for security, so as not to alarm, but inform. Security gates were a bonus at night and being able to park at my villa was reassuring.

Long black hair found in bathroom, shower and bed. Some bottles of water and a larger milk would be appreciated in the fridge. If you're not a Frog lover, this may not be the place for you. Baby frogs loved the glass doors and walls and tropical gardens :)
