Good sized room, comfy bed, good air conditioning. Kitchen had good facilities - fridge, microwave, cooking element and pots, cutlery, plates etc., and dish washing tools, and table with chairs - very handy for eating a take-away or frozen meal. Laundry great. Pool was cold but good, nice lounger chairs provided. Good location opposite bus stops, and the hotel also provided some shuttle bus services. Short walk to a supermarket. No noise from airport nearby, or road - a nice quiet hotel. Pretty front garden.

Reception staff seemed a bit overwhelmed occasionally. Not happy with the short hours of the breakfast common room (7-9am), it was very crowded as a result; I am glad I mainly had breakfast in my room. Also I saw an older lady with a walking stick being assigned an upstairs room (no lift) - I think a better allocation could have been made.

Location of hotel was a little out of the way from Cable Beach attractions, however there was the option of using the shuttle bus (for a small fee)into the town centre and for pick up before 8.00pm. Shuttle bus ( for a small fee) from the Airport was very handy. Our first 3 night stay was in a bottom floor room ( which was requested) was adequate but when we returned from our camping trip we stayed another night and had a much nicer bottom floor room. Breakfast was great which was included in the price. This is a good budget hotel and can't be compared to other properties in Broome that cost a lot more. Staff were very helpful and friendly- there is also a small shop on site which doesn't carry much but a shopping centre is only a 10 minute walk away. All in all we had a lovely stay.

The property had everything that you would require on holiday. Cooking facilities with a microwave, cooking hob & large fridge, pots, crockery & cutlery. Bus stops right outside for both directions. Great location. Walking distance to Woolworths supermarket. Great choice of continental breakfast with a pancake making machine that I have never seen anything like it before. Great pool in a tropical setting, BBQ area. Rooms were spacious. A shuttle bus at reasonable cost as last bus is early & taxis are expensive & unreliable. Great staff very friendly & helpful, Thank you Emma & Lucia. Also Besky (Manager) & Caretaker a great team.

Breakfast each day was wonderful, and gave us the opportunity to mingle with other guests and talk about travels and experiences. The room was beautifully air conditioned and instructions to leave the a/c on while absent was really useful in the tropical weather. We had a family room, which meant that our daughter could have the bedroom and we had the bed in the living area, which was handy for our night time trips to the toilet. The pool was just lovely, and it was relaxing to sit with our feet in the water after a big day out.

We booked the transfer bus from the airport before we arrived, but nobody showed up to collect us even after our phone call to the property. Apparently this was due to some form of system error, and our transfer fee was refunded.

Most was OK

Breakfast was a bit hit and miss. Some things would run out and not be available because deliveries hadn't arrived. Some guests actually steal the food and fill their bags with the breakfast cereal pouches, butter, jams etc. Coffee, tea and sugar making it hard for the accommodation providers to know how many they need to cater for.

We were very pleased with the location right at the local bus stop. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. Easy access to the pool and breakfast room. And everything looked to be well cared for and clean. This is not a 5 star resort and we were very pleased with the room comfort and breakfast hade enough choice for us.

I am not sure that there was anything we didn't like. The place felt secure, we weren't concerned at all for our safety. We did get lost coming back one night but one of the staff fortunately was able to come and rescue us.

Friendly staff. We were given a free breakfast the day we arrived as it was 7am! We also got a slightly early check-in and were able to leave our bags until the room was ready. Good bbq facilities. Bus stop just outside. Walking distance to nearest supermarket. Nice pool and gardens area.

No outdoor drying for clothes, though we did get lent a drying rack. Air-conditioning unit blew directly onto the bed so we couldn't use it at night.

The rooms were large and comfortable. The pool temp was cold in August, but refreshing. Family centrally located, but not really walkable to many places. Breakfast was ok, everything was there to eat, but not stunning.

Nothing to pin point but for $300 a night, did not feel it was hugely value for money

All staff that I had contact with were both professional and friendly.

Room was upstairs so had to carry my luggage up them. Parking was not close to my room. Floor in room appeared clean but after walking around barefooted (just inside the room), my feet were quite dirty.

A lovely setting with trees and pool. The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. It was nice to have breakfast included. We were lucky to have a hire car to get us around to various restaurants.

It was hard lugging heavy luggage up the stairs to and from our room.
