Great location. Bunbury is a pleasant town. The beach and sea shore is lovely to walk around. It was quiet even though we were there over Easter. The room was comfortable with everything we needed. Car parking was fine just outside the hotel.

There was noise, music from a nearby room on the first night, at about 2am. We complained about it the following morning, but the receptionist said they had already had complaints and the occupants of the room had checked out. She also said guests were expected to be quiet after 9:30 and if there were any other disturbances after this time to contact the reception. There were none for the rest of the stay. But we praise the receptionist for her professional manner with dealing with this issue.

Location was close to the shops and had the beach right on your doorstep. Had the perfect view of the beach but would have been better if you had a balcony to sit outside on it and enjoy it even more. Very surprised with daily servicing of your room and the Housekeepers are very polite, happy and helpful. We had in room food service and both times it came quick and the food was perfection, hot and so delicious. Indoor pool was so nice and so was the spa. Reception service was always spot on and helpful. Overall the Hotel is beautiful, clean and modern.

The parking is a bit squashy and not a lot of undercover parking. However we did manage to get a secured undercover parking everyday except one day and we stayed for 6 days. There is parking outside but if you had a lot of luggage to carry it can get tiring.

Location is great, situated beside the bay, we went to the beach to enjoy the beautiful sunset after checking in. Staff are friendly :) Parking is a breeze in this hotel. Room is super spacious, with great kitchenette.

Advertised that they have slippers but actually none - when requested from staff, was told that the slippers already out of stock for 1.5 months. May I suggest the hotel to update their information in the website please? We were given a room on first floor, with fake windows - cannot opened and cannot see through outside, so basically you feel like you are staying at the basement carpark.

The location of the hotel was very easy to access the town centre on foot or to walk around Koombana Bay. The friendliness of all hotel staff was exceptional. The service we received from the Chef, for all our meals was absolutely superb. Our service from Ryan and Cam for breakfast and dinner made our time at the hotel very enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel in general and the deluxe room we stayed in, exceeded our expectations. We liked the under cover parking available in a secured gated area. We cannot wait to return.

Nothing not to like.

Me and my partner have twice stayed at the Koombana Bay, December last year and at the end of January 2025. The location was conveniently close to town. I loved the way the hotel had been converted from old flour silos and historic artifacts were included in the history.The staff were very helpful, it had a wonderful pool and spa. The rooms were nice and clean and the room service and buffet were nice. I would greatly recommend this place and will come again in future.

It would have been nice if the spa had been working in January. Also it's a shame room service is limited to roasts on sunday nights.

The location was close to the beach and the Dolphin Centre. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Undercover parking was limited, but we had no issues. The room was very clean.

The hairdryer was impossible to use it without injuring yourself. The hairdryer should bolt into the wall, with the curled cord like an old telephone cord from the wall unit to the dryer, but it was loose in the drawer. When you plug it in, the coiled cord doesn't extend, and the box that should be on the wall swings around your head and hits you.

Room spacious with all we needed. Beds very comfortable. Bedding luxurious and had pillow and mattress protectors. Bathroom accessories and hair dryer provided. Huge TV with free WiFi and ability to connect to your own Netflix etc streaming services. Kitchenette with free teas, coffee and hot chocolate and milk in bar fridge. All staff from Reception to lovely cleaning staff were of a very high standard of friendliness and helpfulness. Heated pool bonus!! Access to Koomana Bay and restaurants. Walking distance to city centre, movies and Restaurants. Accrod parking spot if needed.

Not really a criticism but maybe a slightly later breakfast time of up 10am. Other than that we have nothing but good reviews for this hotel. It was our second time so we took my sister and her husband and she was very impressed. We will definitely be back.

The room was spacious, big bathroom, good shower, clean carpet. Good kitchen with tea/coffee making facility. You could open the window. Comfy beds and linen. Good dinner and breakfast in Silos. Good lifts. Secure underground parking. Fresh air in the corridors.

The TV was poor - old remote - you couldn't read what the symbols were. It looked like you had to sign in to use the TV which took ages - but you didn't have to sign in, that was just for the internet. Couldn't get an EPG. In the middle of watching a program, the screen went black and went back to the home page (several times).

Location is very central and the view of the estuary and city was very nice. Our room was a good size with everything we needed to prepare simple snacks and breakfast. The staff although busy, were very polite and helpful. The room was clean and well provided with daily servicing.

There was water damage to the ceiling and wall outside of our room. Staff in the restaurant were unable to serve advertised cocktails during happy hour on Sunday night. (The only night we approached them). We did think about dinner, but it was fully booked...

The studio room was very clean and very comfortable, especially the bed and space for the lounge suite and desk. The TV was huge. Having a mini kitchenette was handy, too. Air conditioning can be controlled in the room, and there are windows that can be opened or shut. Lastly, I had a buffet breakfast and good coffee at the restaurant, which was good value if you loaded up your plate! The crockery was lovely in the restaurant too. All staff I met were friendly and professional 🙂 The indoor pool is large, and you can meander through the garden to a small beach and a path that follows the coast and allows you access to other restaurants. Or walk to central town. A great stay! I'll be back.
