Excellent location , the room was perfection ,spotlessly clean , the bed was so so comfortable and the bathroom was luxurious . Endless views from the balcony , staff were absolutely spot on , couldn’t do enough for us to ensure our stay was memorable , even when I came back from the beach having stepped on a stinger the front of house staff and bar man jumped into action and brought everything we needed to our room and then checked in on us regularly, it’s a very long time since I’ve experienced customer service on this scale and simply cannot find fault with them , from housekeeping to restaurant, reception staff, simply perfection . We are already planning our trip back , A lesson in excellence !!!

Beautiful Busselton Beach January 2025 We have just arrived home from a thoroughly enjoyable stay to attend and celebrate our son’s wedding . The hotel is in the most wonderful part of Busselton, right across the road from the famous jetty and of course the stunning white sandy beach . A clean , very modern hotel with a very cool vibe ! The staff in all areas are friendly, welcoming and had absolutely no issues with anything we required. Our days were so busy with pre, wedding day and post wedding celebrations we didn’t eat at any local restaurants ( we have stayed in Busselton before so this wasn’t a big deal ) we did however take advantage of the in room Click and Collect menu and had a delicious pizza on two different nights from the on site restaurant ! Quick , piping hot and well priced ! The breakfast included in our room charge was great , loads to choose from , always freshly topped up , the only comment would be that the restaurant is a little small , perhaps one or two less tables perhaps? Our room was a good size as was the bathroom ( found the shower a bit annoying haha but was very hot , so that’s a big plus !) Amazing comfy bed and big pillows another plus !!! Loved the fit out of open above bench shelves at the side of the bathroom vanity , perfect for all my hair and beauty bits and pieces so no clutter on the bench !!

We stayed at the Hilton Garden in beautiful Busselton for 1 night, but we wish it could have been longer. We had a lovely room with a great balcony overlook the front and it’s so close too everything… plus just a 5 minute walk to the Main Street with its great eateries & bars. The room was very clean & modern with good storage and great air con and a really good bathroom. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant and found all the staff to be very friendly and helpful. A lovely bar and terrace too. Can definitely recommend the Hilton Garden as a superb place to stay in Bussleton. .

It is directly at the entrance of the Busselton Jetty. So, it is very convenient. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. I also appreciated the basic gym that was available as well as the friendly staff.

The car park lots were very limited. During my stay (during summer), there was an evacuation of a nearby town that caused the hotel to reach its maximum capacity. As such, I couldn't park in the hotel lots as there were limited lots. I felt that the buffet breakfast was ok, although I did expect more cooked dishes to be served, as the spread was somewhat limited. It wasn't a bad breakfast, but it wasn't a "wow". Another thing I didn't like was that water from the shower does leak into other parts of the bathroom making the whole floor wet. I am not sure if it is a sealing issue or that is the design.

The hotel is very well located facing the jetty and Shelter brewery and within walking distance of most of Busselton's attractions. The room was on the 4th floor with great ocean views and the jetty. The room was spotless and well designed. All staff were friendly and were able to respond to any questions. We enjoyed the breakfast which was reasonably priced and most importantly there were generous servings freshly cooked. Overall we would recommend the Hilton as a premier place to stay in Busselton in a perfect location.

We were disappointed that there was a credit card surcharge of 2% which higher than usual. As it was peak season there was limited parking at the hotel however we were able to find alternative in a public car park close by so not a major issue.

Loved the heated outdoor pool and the strategic location to the various attractions. I was upgraded to an accessible room type and the bathroom was most pleasing.

Just the limited parking spaces at the hotel carpark. Quite disappointed to see some balcony lights were left switched on even during the day - waste of energy. Housekeeping staff should ensure that this SOP must be adhered (making sure lights are switched off during room cleaning) Also to ensure that the shampoo, body wash and conditioners are replenished daily.

One of the best hotel stay that we have ever experienced. Everything from check in-out, breakfast, facility, location and activities around are top notched service. The reception and restaurant ladies are so welcoming and friendly. They have self serving laundry and provide free detergent which is very rare in 5 stars hotel ( not apart hotel), small mini bar with necessities and local products like Margaret River wines. The location is in-front of busselton jetty and Shelter brewery, free carpark. We were regret not to stay longer

Location, ocean view, pool, and walking distance to the beach and eateries. The front desk and breakfast staff were friendly and the front desk staff were always communicating via text with us. The hotel services were always friendly and prompt in accommodating us to re-stock our linen, tea/coffee/milk etc. in the room.

The WIFI was too slow, pillows too soft, air con kept changing although we set it at a certain temperature, the TV kept jamming (however staff were very quick to rectify the problem), and there weren't enough gluten-free or dairy-free options at breakfast.

The location was perfect for us. It was right next to the jetty where we could do our site seeing. Also was conveniently close to the shelter brewery, which meant we could have a few drinks in our room before going across the road for dinner, without the worry for uber! The room was gorgeous; everything from the decorations to the cleanliness to the layout!! Staff were super friendly and helpful, also very personable. I had called ahead of time to see if we could check in earlier and the lady at the desk was prompt to help. We could check in as early as 12! The pool facilities were great too.

I would have appreciated the fridges to have a freezer of some description. Also the option to chrome cast/connect your phone to the Samsung smart tv because the options to watch were very poor

Best hotel of our roadtrip through Australia. Amazing staff, amazing facilities, lovely pool. Enjoyed every part of it. Highly recommend!
