Basically, everything! The resort is kept very clean, plenty of greenery around & plenty of free parking. BBQ area was properly cleaned every day. Two lovely pools: in & outside. Apartment was spacious, well equipped for self catering and very clean. Has private patio or balcony. There are tennis courts and children's play areas and direct pathway out to the very nearby beach and beach cycle/walking path that goes for miles. There is also a games room beside a guests' laundry. Incorporated on the site is a bar/restaurant which is available to the public and discounted for resort residents. Small local shopping mall is 5minutes' walk along the road.

Really can't fault it.

To start with private gated entry for your vehicle with ample parking. I noticed a hybrid vehicle plugged into a 240v power point in the parking area. I checked with the office and I was also allowed to charge my hybrid. The Villa was clean and well maintained and we were serviced mid stay. Staff ...reception, restaurant, groundsmen all attentive helpful and professional. Food in restaurant was great along with a good choice. Pools 2 ...indoor one super warm with separate spa. Games area with pin ball machines along with separate laundry. Busselton town centre 6-10mins drive.

Lovely place- did not know it existed until now and have stayed in the Southwest lots. Kids loved the pool and the spa. The semi room service was passable (maybe not the chicken wings with the feathers still attached) and the coffee in the morning was decent too! My friends had a 3 bed apartment and that was great also.

The over powering smell of the cleaning products which I couldn't air out- gave me bad dreams (well dreams about stinky things) perhaps some more natural products could be used?

I love that it was truly pet friendly. I loved that it had so many facilities i.e. Guest laundry, Restaurant and Bar; and activities i.e. Arcade games and Skill testers; 8 ball/ snooker; An Indoor and An Outdoor pool; Tennis courts and BBQ's. I loved that the amenities in the vicinity were within walking distance i.e. The beach and The local shopping centre. I loved that my dog was given a bed, a blanket and a bowl and was allowed to sleep inside our accommodation. And that he was allowed in the outdoor seating area of the restaurant. I loved everything about this Resort!😍

The shower stall was so big❤️ Big enough for 2 people😁 But the shower flow wasn't. The bathroom was awesome but this is the only thing I can think of that can be improved on 🤷

Pool, BBQ, distance to beach, the onsite bar/restaurant, location. Would 100% stay here again. Great for families

Upon check in, the girl checking us in and one of the cleaners were having a mix up with clean rooms and both used inappropriate language with no regard to the guests standing at the desk. i understand pressure and mix ups during busy periods but just felt uncomfortable to listen to F bombs. However, apart from that, staff were excellent and polite and friendly.

Our room was in a great spot and was exactly all we needed. Close to the pool, BBQ's and the reception and the beach was only a couple minutes walk. Bed was comfy and bathrooms very spacious. The onsite restaurant was also great and you could order food for the room or by the pool easily though you had to collect yourself which wasn't an issue for us.

The loft rooms were very hot upstairs as there is no aircon. We stayed on a super hot weekend and even though there was a ceiling fan and large tripod fan, the room was not cooled by the aircon downstairs at all. The restaurant choices could have been a little more pubby for Resort stayers.

LOVE - Tonic, great vibe, location, food and drinks. Rooms are great and pet friendly - amazing to be able to bring your dog. The two resort rooms we had were in the perfect location. The men enjoyed the games room and the indoor pool and spa was great for a swim, as it was cold outside.

Not what we didn't like but as it is pet friendly, we did all think the courtyard of the pet friendly rooms should have a wall or something, even have a removable gate to keep dogs in the courtyard, but this is not a complaint just a suggestion.

Pool was amazing. My daughter could have lived in there the whole vacation. The rooms were awesome, clean and had everything we needed to stay comfortable. The location is simply stunning and all staff we spoke to were friendly and approachable.

The whole trip was thoroughly enjoyed and little more could be done by the resort to make the trip better. My only recommendation would be to possibly bring prices down slightly or have some kind of family vacation deals or something. Only because times are tough, and it would mean the resort would be fully booked all school holidays, I'm sure of it!

Loved our stay. Tidy apartment. Very clean. Big comfortable bed. Quiet room. The room kept cool even though it was hot outside. Lots of space in the apartment. The staff were very accomodating with our late arrival and made everything run smoothly and easily for us to check in and out. Easy parking. A little block of shops at the end of the street was a bonus.

Nothing. Loved it. Wish we had more time there.

And the form told us information about the hotel said the dining room was available for Meals till late. We arrived at 8:02 and they said that they were closed and the only meal they could do for us was a pizza. Was very disappointed and not having something off your dinner menu. I think it needs to be noted on the information that you are given.!!
