The location and the facilities were excellent - we LOVED the glamping tents and the way they were set out around the Glamping Village. The lighting was really lovely and made the evening feel like a little carnival. It was very peaceful even though I think most of the tents were full. The tent was so comfortable and really thoughtfully laid out. We literally had everything we could want. It was also warm and cosy on a cold rainy night - beds were very comfy. My friend and I were lucky enough to be able to sit out on our little deck with our bottle of champagne and some cheese & biccies to enjoy the evening because it didn't rain until after we went off to bed.

The glamping tents are wonderful and very comfortable but is a little tight with the extra bed. The rooms were nice and clean and also comfortable. I loved the fact that it is not an overly big property and easy walking between the rooms (where my family stayed) and my glamping tent. I also loved the easy access to the shops across the road as well as the beach down the back.

Lights being turned off at 10pm down the back where the tents are makes it a bit unsafe for older people to navigate the trek to the bathrooms. I tripped a couple of times during my stay because I couldn't see the steps when exiting my tent.

The villa was great, it had mostly everything needed for a little holiday. Location was fab just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Plenty of places to go in the area within walking distance. Lovely grounds. Free BBQ area to use. Comfy enough bed. Little pool & playground.

Slightly tatty furniture. No oven. The bunk beds are in the living area so anyone sleeping in them can't sleep if there is someone watching the tv. No window in the living area so no natural light but we were out most of the day so it wasn't a big deal. Can't feed the wildlife as they don't want the ducks pooing in the pool (maybe they need to get a pool cover)

Everything was clean, room, BBQ , pool facilities. Villa was spacious which we needed for ironman event with bed comfortable. Didn't need a/c on as plenty of large windows to capture breeze. Beach was easy stroll from the property. Staff were friendly. Any issues were seen to promptly.

Reception for TV was no good even with boosters already in place, so little or spotty free to air TV. Property older which was totally fine but taps etc need an update as they dripped if you didn't really force them closed. We struggled with, so if you were older wouldn't be any good.

Simple but comfortable accommodation. Our villa was right by the playground, pool, games room and picnic tables/park area. It was lovely having these right on our doorstep for the kids. Easy walk to the beach and very short drive into town. Supermarket across the road. Super easy check in and check out. Perfect place for families to stay.

Only real complaint was that the pool was very cold, even on a 35 or 37 degree day. Fine for the kids, who must possess mutant polar bear DNA.

The villa itself was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was well-equipped, the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the living areas were ideal for relaxing. We also appreciated the private outdoor space, which was perfect for enjoying a quiet breakfast or dinner. One of the standout features of this villa was its proximity to a supermarket, which made grocery shopping a breeze. We could easily walk to the nearby supermarket and stock up on essentials, making our stay feel even more like home.

Our glamping holiday was with our family of 16, 8 kids, 8 adults. We had the best time, the tents were amazing, had everything we needed, beds very comfortable, linen towels clean and fresh. Location fabulous as walked to beach, near IGA for food and and close to takeaways. A quiet campsite where the kids could use their scooters and have such fun within the campsite. Staff were friendly and helpful, we will definitely be back for another holiday, loved it!!!! .

Close to beach and bike path which are right out the back of village. Neat tidy rooms, quiet park at the time we were there, no caravans just villas and glamping tents. Shops across the road IGA, bottle shop Indian restaurant.

Office hours they were'nt open when we left 9am but it was a Sunday so not a big deal. I had just hoped to report our stolen bike. Our mountain bike was stolen during the night. Our fault for being complacent and not locking it up. The back of the park is very secure, entry and exit through a gate by your room key tag, the front is not secure for walk ins hence why they were able to get away with pinching our bike.

The room was a good size and well appointed with everything needed for a self catering holiday. The pool was a good size too and there was space to leave the bikes outside the room. Parking was convenient. The park was convenient to access the beach path and beach. Staff were friendly. The room was a good size in the lounge, kitchen and bathroom.

The pool wasn't heated and freezing. The bedroom was tiny even with a queen sized bed in it. The TV reception was rubbish and flickered every time a light was turned on. It would have been nice to have a table and chairs outside the front to eat food instead of two useless benches and a coffee table. The people in the room next were rowdy carrying on shouting until midnight.

Clean and tidy villas, we were upgraded from a 1 bedroom to 2 bedroom. It was very spacious. Swimming pool immaculately clean and lovely grounds. We weren't travelling with young children, if you were it has a great playground and lovely gardens fully fenced. Busselton jetty a nice 3.5km walk, through the back gate of the complex and along the coast on a walking/ cycling track.

Our television only worked with ABC, SBS, and Ten. Something apparently going on with Channels 7 and 9 in the South West which means older tv's need to be replaced, ours hadn't been replaced yet. Apparently new tv's have been ordered.
