We absolutely loved the convenience of location, close enough to town and easily accessible while out of town enough that it was lovely and quiet. The atmosphere in the park was lovely too. I expected it to be rather hectic knowing it was booked out, but it had a lovely relaxed and sense of calm feeling to it. We had issues with our first cabin, and when we did get hold of staff, Paul could not have been more accommodating. He was polite and respectful of our frustration with the issue and was quick to rectify it for us once he was aware. We also appreciate the credit provided to return for the inconvenience we incurred, as we look forward to coming back soon. The kids loved the pillow, playground and pool. The park was easy to navigate and spotless with all the facilities that we did use. My parents also stayed in a powered caravan site and because the park is the perfect size the kids found them easy to find even when at capacity.

No one answered the after hours call number when we tried to get through when a room in our chalet was uninhabitable. I also wasn't sure if it was appropriate to call as it wasn't an emergency but it was important as it did negatively affect our stay for that day/night. My suggestion would be not to book a chalet the same day after leavers check out so you have time to assess fully. Unfortunately, it appears the waste water from smoking implement was dumped in the floor in one of the rooms and the smell was horrendous. The only other thing, the bunk beds in #16 were very noisy when the kids moved at all on them. They were much quieter when we moved in #17.

Location to Beach and town centre ,excellent facilities for children

Rather expensive for accommodation type and caravan park however given its school holidays, Christmas and a popular holiday destination I guess you have to pay. Some furniture could be updated lounges in all 3 units very worn,dining chairs in 1 unit very wobbly frames Sliding glass doors do not have locks. On arrival to the chalet, the fly screen security door did not shut or lock. However, maintainece came and fixed as soon as notified.

The staff were super friendly and the rooms were clean.

The water didn’t get hot enough for our kids to have a bath and the beds were super hard. Upon booking we asked for an early check in as we had a wedding at 2pm and would of liked to if gotten ourselves and our kids ready in our room and not at a family members caravan public bathroom, I even rang about 2 weeks in advice to confirm and was told that wouldn’t be an issue but upon arriving at 10.30 to check when it would be ready we were told it wouldn’t be done until around 2/3 so we were very disappointed at that as for nearly $200 a night and only getting to spend not even 20 hours there is a bit unfair.

An excellent holiday park for the kids. Playground, jumping pillow and pool/splash pad were all close to our chalet so could see them if they walked ahead. Loved that it is dog-friendly so we didn't have to find sitters for them so we could go away. Located just 2 blocks away from the beach so a nice short walk/bike ride for our little family and easy to take the dogs for a quick walk too. Not far from the town centre and shops which was great.

I thought my youngest would be okay on the trundle bed provided so didn't worry about the cot but had to use all the spare pillows in the room to fill in gaps so he was able to sleep on the bed safely which was a bit annoying but more of an oversight on my behalf. I do wish the couch was a bit comfier but we werent on it much so not a huge deal.

We loved the location. Loved the play equipment for the little one. Loved the ease of the cabin.

The frypan had no cord, and the wine glass was cracked. Could have more glasses that matched and not random unmatched crockery. No dishwashing detergent in room. I think you pay an enormous fee for the cabin and then expected to clean it for the park or else threatened with extra charges is a bit rich.

The television was hard to watch, being so high up, & I had to move it every time I used the kitchen. The shower taps were very loose & the shower spray was stuck up very high, I think it was rusted into & could not move it.

There was no railing to go up the stairs to go into the cabin, which was very difficult when there was nothing to hold onto & dangerous, also hurt my shoulder trying to get up.

Unfortunately the jumping mat was broken after day 1, my 6 year old very disappointed Room was not cleaned properly, had to clean after others mess (floor, fridge spills; rubbish under bunk beds; crumbs under coffee table and kitchen table Pool not open as long as could be, freezing cold on last day, couldn't stay in as long as we had hoped

The location, staff and cleanliness was fantastic, great kids facilities and plenty organised on the school holidays to keep them occupied

It’s not a biggy and really not anything to dislike, we took some pre made meals that needed to be cooked or preheated in an oven, the rooms did not have one but did have a microwave. If you do prefer the oven to cook and preheat the camp kitchen does have one just need to plan incase of a line up

On the whole a lovely stay. Chalet was very clean. Walking distance to beach and close drive to shops. Staff very friendly.

The bed was a little too firm for my back causing a little discomfort. Mostly quiet but our room was situated directly opposite reception so some parts of the day a little noisy with cars arriving, checking in and staff talking outside our room.

It was great, nothing everything we needed.

Only 1 thing we would have improved, the website says toiletries provided and I appreciate keeping costs down but just one tiny bar of soap and one of everything for 2 people for 3 nights was disappointing. Because of the "toiletries" included we did not bring any with us and so had to buy what we needed.
