I liked that the kids like the novelty of staying in a giant tent. The glamping section of the park was a lot less noisy than I feared it'd be. Also I liked how there was a radio playing constantly in the shared bathroom to cover the sound of the many silver-haired caravan owners colons exploding each morning.

I don't like parks like this in general, to be honest, but that's a personal thing. I don't really understand them. As far as it went though, my kids seemed to have a good time and that's all that matters.

Staff were friendly, kids enjoyed slide and pools, chalet was clean and well appointed, extra blankets provided, grounds staff on patrol, kiosk available, one pool was heated

Couch wasn't comfortable, squeaky floorboards, can hear heavy walking/kids jumping next? door, some kids in games room at night were unsupervised and being very loud, extra activities weren't very exciting during our stay and had to pay extra if wanted to participate in them

Everything was absolutely perfect! Loved loved loved it!

Everything was great, the only thing that I would suggest is the opening hours for the pool, to open earlier and close later especially in winter. And for the children’s playground for the bouncy castle to blow it up earlier than 8am as most of the children get up very early. But other than that I was more than satisfied!

Had the Superior Two Bedroom Chalet and it was great! The washing machine and dryer was a lifesaver for us having stayed for a week. The pool was great, with three different ones and heat to pick from. Friendly staff and The Kiosk's (external food truck) food was great too.

Bed was a little firm but it's all about preference to each person. 😊

We had a lovely stay and was a favourite of the teenagers. We had a great view and the facilities were great. The added bonus of the kiosk was a great idea. The additional food trucks just added to the experience. A hidden gem from checking in was just so easy. We will be back for sure.

Maybe the lounge could have a higher back and the main bed a little soft but that is it.

It was great for my family.

The only small thing that would be an added extra is a separate bin for recycling. Unfortunately it’s a deterrent for some to sort their rubbish but I could really tell recycling and sustainability was a strong value for the park. Not that this had a negative impact on my stay, just a suggestion (although one extra bin for every chalet is not a small expense).

Chalet were super clean and had everything we needed to cook. We enjoyed our stay. Kids really enjoyed it too. The multiple playgrounds, the swimming pools and the trampoline were all well-maintained. We will definitely come back

A anti-slippery mattress in the shower cabin will be super helpful. It was impossible to wash my toddlers in it as it was super slippery for them.

I now understand why this resort is usually fully booked! It's perfect for families, I love the fact there is a big green space in the middle where other resorts would have squeezed more sites in to get more money. It is safe, clean, well maintained, staff are friendly and professional, the facilities are great, kids have so much to do :-)

We stayed in a cabin which was great, the bed however had lumps, and the pillows were VERY old, flat and uncomfortable.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The coffee and burger from your food kiosk was great!

We had an issue with one of the entitled 'regulars'. We are experienced travellers and understand that this is beyond your control. We did mention it to one of the staff the next day and she apologised profusely, again - not your fault.

Everything! Kids loved the pool area, the playground they didn’t want to leave the resort at all! Made me a happy mumma!

Single beds could’ve been a tad bigger. We went as a family however myself and the kids dad aren’t together anymore so slept in separate beds and I had to give up the queen as he couldn’t fit in the single beds haha
