Room was spacious and well fitted out. The property had everything that you might need. The breakfast was self-serve from the kitchen (toast, cereal etc) The Queen rooms 1 - 4 are shielded from road noise by another building so you don't hear the Busselton highway

The bed in Queen room 2 seemed very old. Unfortunately I ended up with a sore back every morning..

I liked the open space i.e. lounge / kitchen

my family were separated into two houses I think this was very poor booking on your part as there was plenty of room in one house for all of us, very bad management.

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the accommodation. A lovely house with a large entertaining area and individual bedrooms with en suite. I liked the available parking and the large bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Both were clean and spacious. Huge TV mounted on teh bedroom wall made viewing very easy and comfortable.

I was a bit disappointed in the noise of the traffic going past and when people were chatting in the living space, I could hear them distinctly. I also found it a bit strange that the key would only allow me to enter the premises at the rear and not via the front door.

Could not fault this B&B. Clean & spacious room and Ensuite, comfortable beds, well equipped with toiletries, tea and coffee making facilities, fridge and heating mattress topper. The shared area was also comfortable and spacious, and stocked with self-serve continental breakfast items. The price was affordable compared to surrounding accommodations. 20-30 minute walking distance to the beach and town. Met lovely couples at breakfast time. If you like your privacy (ie. Not wanting to share a common space like a lounge and kitchen), then a motel might be more suitable, otherwise this B&B provides is a perfect home away from home for the price of a room.

Clean, comfortable, good size room and bathroom; quiet area despite being on main road, easy access , individual parking space. hot water sufficient, enjoyed the warming lights in the bathroom and reverse air con to warm up the room on arrival. Breakfast available , cooking equipment supplied so can make own english breakfast or even own supper.

Breakfast choices poor, bread in fridge cold and dry, not many jam choices, no serviettes or paper towels. would have been nice to have some savoury choices and perhaps some fresh buns/croissants. Advertised internet not working. Very disappointing. Message sent to "hosts" , no answer. Communication could be improved.

We were pleasantly surprised with the spaciousness of the premises and food and drink available. The young French couple who attended to handle laundry items were very polite and helpful with local information (i.e. petrol etc.). We will certainly advise our friends about this wonderful facility. Thank you for helping us to have a most enjoyable stay in Busselton.

As we arrived as darkness descended lighting at the rear of the front house would have made locating keys easier. However staff (per phone) assisted us with locating items and all was well.

The easy booking, choosing of room, Breakfast, outside area

I booked room 1, for the reason of my partner's birthday. I also ask for early check in 12 midday, no answer to early check in. And getting asked twice via phone call, if I would swap rooms, so someone else could extend, was not nice, because I already answered the text in the app. It was a birthday present for my partner and getting twice interrupted on his birthday was definitely not nice. Also, normal check in showed 2 pm, after refusing to swap rooms until 3 pm, not nice either. My advice,ask once via txt, if nothing is coming back, just let people stay in the room they book. Thank you 😊

Didn’t really have . Myself only had porridge.

It was ok. Not really seeing owner to thank. All locked up in office. Just get key from box on arrival. Phoning beforehand. No answer. Finally got to premises rang again staff member came out. To get key out of box. I pressed tried myself couldn’t open. She quickly showed room and which keys to open front door and room door. Reason on ringing firstly said on return emails from 2.30pm arrival from them to 2.00pm . We arrived 1.45pm roundabouts. I said to staff member 2.00pm. On last email. I’ll wait then. I said. She opened the key box and let us in.

The room was clean and very comfortable, the wifi was good, the provided breakfast was basic ( not a complaint) toast and cereal but there was a good selection of breads, toppings ( Vegemite, jam, cheese and butter) . Tea and coffee was freely available as well as juice and milk. There was access to a washer and dryer. It was all in all a very pleasant and enjoyable experience.

The only thing I didn’t like was when there was washing drying the back door was left open and while I do understand why, arriving back to a space that isn’t yours ( but has your belongings in it) and there being no other guests there and the back door being open felt a bit off. I know another guest checked the door every time she got back or before she went to bed.

Great value for money, good location, everything you need for a short break.

The expectation and the definition of an award winning B&B leads you to believe that your hosts are on-site, friendly, helpful people who cook your breakfast for you. Unfortunately, this is not the case at this B&B, they are running the business like an Airbnb, key in lock box, no warm welcome, and make your own breakfast. Please can you update your marketing/advertising of your holiday accommodation to stop future disappointment for other guests who will be looking for a B&B with hosts onsite. Having said that, I would highly recommend your accommodation as a great self-service place to stay with great amenities. Thanks for your understanding in advance, as I think my review is a very fair account of our stay.
