Cosy little motel close to the ocean. The jetty was within an easy 10min walking distance, with the centre of town not too far off. Room was spacious and had plenty of storage space. Loved the little kitchenette included in the room and the dimmable beside lights

Gonna sound like first world problems, but though the shower had great water pressure, the bottom door seal needed fixing. To be fair, it looks like multiple attempts have been done, but water just spills out onto the bathroom floor, drenching any mat. Any attempt to have a mat outside the door is void as it gets pushed away or soaked instantly. Aside from this one small issue, everything was great.

Nice & clean motel in Busselton, very close to the Jetty. We stayed for 3 nights in Room 8 and had a very comfortable stay. The room had everything we could wish for: little kitchen area with microwave, toaster, kettle and a mini fridge, modern bathroom with nice shower, aircon & smart TV. There is parking on site and we never had an issue finding a spot.

Wifi was not very strong during our stay and there wasn’t much privacy with the curtains open so we kept them closed during the day. Pillows are a bit hard. There is a ~$150 fee in case the room key gets lost.

It is within walking distance to the Busselton Jetty and CBD. The area and the room was quiet. BBQ stove, culteries and microwave were available. The large common room has a table tennis table, and tea and coffee was provided, but it was locked after 7pm.

We stayed two nights in the family room which could take 6-7 people. The queen bed mattress and the two sofa were far too soft and need to be replaced soon. The cleanliness of the place can be done better, particular the shower room. Only a small rubbish bin (around 8 litre big) was provided.

Motel unit at back of historic property a few blocks from the main strip of town. Not flash but very practical with plenty of storage, kitchenette, utensils, crockery, table and chairs.

Being close to the laundry the banging of its heavy door at all hours was a nuisance. Garden / grounds of the property are somewhat need some attention.

Our trip here is just a transit before heading to Albany. We are happy with the facilities here and it's a very vantage cottage with beautiful decor. Our room is simple yet enough for us.

We have to come back a couple of times due to not one at reception, but luckily got notes left. A big tree in front of the facilities left very weird fruits, and it sticks to our car and is dirty.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, very friendly and helpful staff, the facilities were excellent, they even allowed us to have a bike inside. Excellent room with kitchenette and also a very clean bathroom that included a spa. The location was great and only a short walk to the beach and Busselton jetty.

The staff were fantastic, if clean towels or dishcloths needed exchanging it was done within minutes. There was a very large community room with a bookshelf, areas for children to play with toys. Outside there is a large lawn area with tables and chairs and a BBQ area close by. Across the road a park and a few minutes away the beach. The town center was within walking distance which made it very easy at meal time.

There were no cooking facilities however being so close to the city center it was not a problem and we didn't have to cook.

We stayed in the King Spa Room for 3 nights. It was comfortable and clean. The room had obviously been renovated and the work was very well done. The King size bed mattress was a little hard for me, but otherwise comfortable and clean. The spa tub was fabulous. It was a larger corner style with more jets that usual and built in cushioned headrests. We easily fit into the tub lying next to one another.

While the motel side of Ithaca is separate, the Manor is a backpacker style accommodation, and some of the guests there were a bit loud. Unfortunately on our first night, there was a bit of a ruckus from an inebriated guest banging on and swearing at the door of the motel room besides ours. But this was not the fault of Ithaca. They remedied the situation as soon as they were able to.

It was everything you need for a short stay. Good kitchenette with fridge and good bathroom and a small dining table. Huge clothes cupboard. Enough bedroom too.

The fridge door didn’t close properly and had to have some work to chip away the ice. Then the door closed on the fridge properly. The shower drain wasn’t designed properly as the water leaked through to the bathroom floor.

Quiet location, close to town. The property is beautiful (if you like old world charm) and the rooms are modern, clean and comfortable.

A larger desk would have been good (only as I was there for work and had emails, paperwork etc to do). The room was probably a bit small to fit anything larger than what was provided.
