Before I had even booked in, the management and staff were already customising my stay to suit my individual needs. The complex has everything you need in house and is situated within close proximity of all the cities eateries, entertainment and tourism spots. The rooms are spacious and clean and easily accessible after hours. The included breakfast was exceptional and the courtesy of the staff and management continued right up till I checked out. The manager all too eager to make my stay enjoyable. Great surprise and the country hospitality welcome. Will definitely be back.

Same old story, pillows. But you cant cater to everyone and you can always bring your own.

Stairs only no lift. Watching a man urinate on a car in the car park as we parked car (tyre) in front of him. Loud and rude group of people staying in room ?15 on the first flight of stairs. Must be 18 over to watch a live show (taylor swift). Bar shuts too early especially after a live show on a Saturday night. Toilet ran water, but I fixed it . There is possibly a minor plumbing issue in the bathroom/toilet

I had a single room which was clean and also quiet. I had tea in the dining room and the service was quick and the meal was as requested -small parmagina. The breakfast was in a different location so it was informal which suited me. The bacon and scramble eggs was a suprise packet as it was great compared to breakfasts I have had DOME. The check in and check out were handled in a smooth and quick manner which was appreciated. They had my details when I checked in so it was carried out in a few minutes. Well done.

Nothing to add as I liked the atmosphere at this hotel

Room was clean comfy and well appointed. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom clean and plenty of hot water. Breakfasts served to guest was really good and nicely cooked. Also we ate in the hotel in the evening of arrival and the food was lovely.

Stairs to the room were steep and we were next to function room and being a Saturday night with an 18th birthday celebration going on was rather noisy.

The room had been renovated, so it was a lot better than the photos of the room. The room was neat and tidy. The teas, coffees, and hot chocolate sachets were well stocked. The fridge had good-sized milk for a few hot beverages. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very good, with cereal, toast, juice, or a full-cooked breakfast and coffee and tea. We would definitely stay again.

There was some mould in the shower cubicle, which just needs a little bit of exit mould or bleach to remove it, but otherwise it was a great place to stay.

Very charming old heritage hotel. Staff were very welcoming and kind especially Inda and Rum the house dog! Big breakfast was great and our room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable. Cannot ask for better location and coles just right beside the hotel. Definitely coming back in our next visit!

The bathroom door was so hard to open once you closed it. It tested our strength everytime to sesame open it.

Very dangerous stairs leading to upstairs rooms (slip hazard when wet). This is an insurance liability for this hotel and that needs to be rectified immediately. Begging dog in dining room not a good look during breakfast.

The hotel is beautiful and historical. The accommodation is not that! Not salubrious but certainly comfortable.

It's a shame that these old pubs don't have accommodation but build ugly buildings at the back. Very common in WA. I do add that the rooms are comfortable and our view was over a park which was lovely.

Our room was part of a hotel complex but not above the bar area so the noise was only minor. Access to the room was up two sets of stairs so not the best for those with mobility issues. Our booking included breakfast which was a good factor and the food in their bistro was delicious. The location was very central and there was complementary parking. The staff were very nice.

It's a lovely hotel..as my son and myself were only staying one night and travelling back to Perth the next afternoon we just needed a comfortable room for the night..we got that and enjoyed the best catch up in a long time..we love Bunbury and will definitely return..being in a familiar hotel is a plus and the staff are great

Well, when you stay in a hotel with a bar you expect a bit of noise and we weren't disappointed 😂 however the room was well insulated from noise and we slept well...thankyou..see you next time
